Wonderful all around! Perfect for anyone who wants to walk everywhere. Just a great location, good breakfast, wonderful staff. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back!

This was the second time staying here. Love being right downtown. Able to walk everything. Alex at the front desk was great. Parking would be my only negative.

Great location in Old Port area. Wonderful staff, free hot & cold breakfast. Room needs a little updating, glass door to bathroom didn’t completely close. For our 2 night stay, I didn’t bother to change rooms. There were also a few patches of different color paint on the walls, this should be repainted to match existing wall color, if not, it just down grades the accommodations. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great location, wonderful service, and its amenities.

Love that everything was easily accessible however the front desk staff were not on the same page. I spent 2 nights and i asked 1 staff member if it's possible to get a late check-out and without checking she said no that's not possible as the hotel is fully booked for the following day. Later on that night after coming back from dinner there was another front desk staff member so my husband decided to ask again for a late check-out and was immediately told yes that's fine, without hesitation. Not sure why the woman earlier in the day told us no without confirming whether or not it was an option. We always stay at Hyatt hotels wherever we go but this is the 1st time we've had a somewhat negative experience. Also, valet is very expensive. May start exploring other hotel options.

After staying at this particular Hyatt, there is no difference in this hotel and a lower caliber hotel. The showers had mildew throughout. The bathroom doors add no privacy. When you turn the bathroom lights on with the door shut it illuminates the hotel room.

Getting the end room with the picture window was the best thing. You do have a pretty good view of the harbor and the streets below. It was my favorite part. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast gets the job done. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and aware. The lobby looked lovely and inviting. Rooms could use some updates and renovations. Cleaning could be improved bathroom specifically, grout and floors. The bedding could be updated and made a bit neater. The stay has been pleasant regardless. Thank you!

Location is coice in the Port area as some of the most interesting shops and restaurants are on the same street. Staff is both knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. Drawbacks are rhe lack of landscaping on the we e ntrance corner. Maybe due to the early spring season.. it would be nice to see shrubs in planters. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great little getaway. The property is centrally located right in the middle of the Old Port scene and I was super comfortable. Will stay here again.

The staff was friendly and easygoing, which made it fun from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful with big floor-to-ceiling windows! The area is great for shopping in independent stores with great restaurants and very walkable, close to the water--nice even in winter. The only disappointing thing was the pool, which is tiny, only good for really little kids. I think they should make it into a hot tub. Very good free breakfast as well!

Pillows were lumpy rags. Comforter was like a sheet. Mattress met expectations. House keeping was iffy. Took used soap but did not leave a new one. Did not replace tissues. Did not empty trash one day. No big problems, but a bit disappointing. Staff super friendly!
