Very disappointed, made reservation a week ahead told the gentleman that I needed a ground floor outside entrance because my wife is handicap and can't walk very far and I just had a knee pelacement so not much better. When we arrived he told me he had no rooms like that and I would have to walk thru the hotel to a room down a long hall. room was not very clean and he said they will only clean and change linen every 3 days??? Sorry to say we will never stay there again and over the phone they said no charge for a small dog and when we got there, he charged $100 for my 3 days stay. Over $400 for a hotel that is not up to the standards we are used too. rugs where stained, pillows so bad we had to go out and buy two pillows. Sorry I have to tell you this, but someone needs to know I did notice that come Monday the parking lot was not very full. the fact that when I asked about the room for my wife's disability, he just said there nothing I can do about even after the reservation plainly.stated that fact.
