Very clean and safe. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained, the kids loved it! They were also really accommodating, any time we needed coffee for our room or fresh towels they were quick to get them for us. They were also really good about keeping coffee pots full and fresh in the lobby. We stayed six nights and the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. It was exactly what we were looking for.

This was an easy and comfortable choice having landed in Portland late. We got in, showered, slept, got breakfast off site (thought there were some options at the hotel) and were on the road in record time.

It was clean, safe area, nice pool and hot tub. I got a prank call from another room pretty late at night which was annoying but not the hotels fault. My second night there there was some arguing and loud loud loud adult activities next door all night and all morning. Again, not the hotels fault but the walls are thin. Bring ear plugs. Water wasn’t very hot. Comfy beds

Friendly front desk folks. Heater/AC is super loud with an ear piercing sound even on low fan. Property getting a little old and tired, but a good place to stay if you don't plan on hanging out in your room.

Very disappointed, made reservation a week ahead told the gentleman that I needed a ground floor outside entrance because my wife is handicap and can't walk very far and I just had a knee pelacement so not much better. When we arrived he told me he had no rooms like that and I would have to walk thru the hotel to a room down a long hall. room was not very clean and he said they will only clean and change linen every 3 days??? Sorry to say we will never stay there again and over the phone they said no charge for a small dog and when we got there, he charged $100 for my 3 days stay. Over $400 for a hotel that is not up to the standards we are used too. rugs where stained, pillows so bad we had to go out and buy two pillows. Sorry I have to tell you this, but someone needs to know I did notice that come Monday the parking lot was not very full. the fact that when I asked about the room for my wife's disability, he just said there nothing I can do about even after the reservation plainly.stated that fact. Thank you David Waters.

For being just off Hwy 5 and 205 it was quiet. Great location too

The property is dirty; walls and floors. Front desk check in guy was talking to someone on the phone while checking me in. Breakfast lady was nice. The entire property needs a face lift. Our bathroom had burn marks on the counter and the counter legs were falling apart.

The property was well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice, but the pool isnt heated. In the winter you'd think they'd heat it. There is an issue was trying to get out of the parking lot. You are on a busy corner and cannot turn left or turn around at the light because of freeway entrances. There are lots of restaurants and stores near by

The staff at the property were great and attentive. However, the property is old and needs serious updates. There is no elevator for customers going to the second floor and the parking situation at the property leaves a lot to be desired.

The staff was very nice & respectful. Our dog started to howl when we left just to grab some food & we were called by a staff member. He was very nice & he understood. Very friendly, too. The cleaning staff & lady who helped in the breakfast area were friendly, happy & nice to talk to. Everyone had happy smiling faces. Thank you!

My wife and I spent Xmas and Xmas Eve at the Vancouver location. After the first night. I called down at the front desk to ask why are room didn’t have maid service. He said it is on request. I informed we are for 2 days plus. So we have to tell you we need towels- coffee and anything else when we are staying more then one night. He was not very friendly about it. He told if you want any of that you come to the front desk. My wife’s mother in her 80’s and we will be traveling monthly to visit her. I was hoping your motel I think we will be rethink where we stay. Oh I also sent an email to GM of that motel with know response. I’ve been in the customer service business for 30 years and spent many days traveling and have stayed in many places in the US. This has to be one of my worst experiences to date. Room was spotless and more quiet than I expected ! Service was great but I did have one complaint...my mattress was uncomfortable, well past it's prime, lumpy, leaving me sunk into any spot I'd chosen !
