냄새나고, 히터는 소리가 엄청 요란하게 난다.. 건물 자체가 엄청 오래됐고, 낡았고, 냄새나고.... 침대도 불편하고.. 제발 다른 곳 가세요...제발

Thank you for your feedback. We are working on sealing up the hotel. As you say it's very old hotel. It is a little drafty times. This winter is particularly cold as well. We hope that you will give us another chance next time you are in Portland.

Great place for the money. Area is kinda troubled & rundown but, staff were nice and room was good. No complaints really. Parking was adequate for truck / trailer. Close to events I was attending.

The room had great beds but lots of ceiling cobwebs. No blankets on the beds and the motel must be hooked up with central heat and with a nigh temp around 40 degrees, there was no room heat. Front desk had a space heater, no heat could be felt during the night in the room.

Didn’t have hot water the entire weekend. Hotel room was dirty and stained. Staff was courteous.

This is not a hotel, it is a rent by the week type place with very odd residents. No maid service came even when requested. No clean linens, no hangers, no luggage racks, requested all and no results. Garbage bags sitting in halls. Not a place I would ever go to again. people cooking in their rooms, created terrible odors.

I had drunken neighbors trying to get into my door every single night, and people in the hallway yelling at midnight. Staff was amazingly courteous.

Overall the experience wasn't too bad. There were stains on the furniture but not the bed and the sheets. I would give the staff a full 5 for accommodating my family by upgrading one of our rooms to a suite to have us close to each other (Jocelyn was amazing in doing a great job at that) however the other night staff was not so great. She was plain out rude. I called for extra towels and i understand if some hotels arent able to bring towels to your room, but i dont think guests need to hear sass from the front desk person saying "ummmm YOU can come and get them yourself by coming to the front desk." Or when i come to pick them up and ask, she gave me attitude again and assumed i would assume that the towels on the counter were for me.

We had a good stay there. It was a nice quant area. It could be updated on the outside a bit (new roof and some paint). But overall it was nice and comfortable.

Charged extra $4.60 administrative fee to check in. Sometimes I book a cheapo room expecting cheapo but this place pushes that a bit far. 1st floor bathtub drained slowly you had to stand in water to shower. Bathroom door wouldn't close.

I was charged an additional fee of approximately $5, reportedly an Oregon business tax. I thought taxes and fees were included in the price I paid. The hotel smells old and stale. It needs TLC. It appears that they try to keep the rooms clean.

After reading the reviews we were concerned to stay here. It honestly is not as bad as people were saying. It depends on yours standards I guess... it seemed very average, slightly more on the dirty side however still clean and comfortable enough. I actually liked the location and the building itself is beautful. The staff was all extremely friendly and we were overall pleasantly surpised.

Impressive but otherwise average roadside hotel. No on-site restaurant. Clean, but some wear and tear evident. Comfortable bed. Noisy nearby party into early hours (we didn't contact front desk).

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is a very good deal. Everything was great except for the mysterious water leak in the hallway just outside of our room door which we reported but it was not attended to during our stay. I hope it did not cause serious damage to the property.
