직원 서비스에 100점 드립니다.
웬만하면 후기를 잘 적지 않는데 여기 만큼은 꼭 적고 싶습니다. 근 200년된 건물이라 시설이 좋지는 않지만 직원들의 서비스에 감동했습니다. 호주의 가정식 서비스를 경험해 보고 싶으시다면 꼭 추천합니다.

Nice old historical building. Has some nice sitting areas where you can read about the history of the building. Room is spacious and clean. Mandy has lots of information to share about the area.

A truly exceptional place on all fronts - beautifully decorated, full of history, wonderfully clean, every need anticipated and catered for. Owners are super lovely and it really is a wonderful place yo stay. There are a good number of restaurants in walking distance.

This property offered old style hospitality and the option of meeting fellow guests in a comfortable relaxed setting. The house was vintage in style and graciously furnished. Owners were friendly and knowledgeable.

A very nice property in Victorian style. The guest/owner is very friendly and helpful. The room was great, there is a shared "living room" with Port wine, Sherry and a cake and a nice (small) garden. When in the house, you truly feel set back to the Victorian time, it looks very authentic. Overall a great experience.

We had a late arrival but mrs Mandy was still receiving us and welcoming us in a very friendly way. She will make sure that all guests are comfortable in the Hotel which really looks excellent.

It was old world with cosy quiet spaces to sit and read. Miles better than a motel.

Not a good experience to stay in this small inn. The receptionist was not available and the door was locked when we were at the door of the house. After checking in, immediately smelled something bad, likely from the clearing lady using very smelly organic solvent based product. The bad smell lasted whole night, disturbing our sleep. The beds and sheets felt old, like the house. Very disappointed.

Hello Ping. I am the owner...who was overseas until last week. I am very disturbed to read your review. I can say the "odour" you are referring to will be from the newly polished floorboards upstairs. Unfortunetly to reburbish these 1800"s homes it takes quite a bit of prep work with 170 years old boards. The sheets ?? well thats a particular surprise as they go away to an industrial laundry after every use. The reception should have at least had a phone number if she was unavailable. On this occassion all I can do is offer my sincere apologies...regards Mandy

From the warm personal welcome to the amazing history of the place, Victoria House is a wonderful accommodation experience. Great location in the heart of Portland. Lovely lounge and other common areas for relaxing, reading and chatting. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing heritage bed and breakfast. Mandy and John were wonderful hosts. Continental breakfast was delicious and well worth $15. All rooms beautifully restored, lovely communal lounge area and nice shady garden area.

Victoria House is a heritage building with 11 rooms tastefully decorated furnishings, beds are very comfortable, linens a towels are white and very clean. Breakfast is very good, continental $12 and full hot breakfast $20, I think is very reasonable. Mandy and John are very friendly and helpful. The sherry and port with fruit cakes provided are good for a good night sleep.
