인테리어가 너무 예뻐서 인상적 이었어요.. 청결상태도 좋고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 특히 깔끔한 조식이 매우 기억에 남아요.. 아기자기 하고 넘 예쁜 호텔이었습니다!

친절한 스텝들과 독특한 디자인의 객실. 깔끔하고 편안하며 조용한 호텔로 조용한 휴식을 취하기에 최고였어요. 조식도 어느 레스토랑 못지않게 최고 였고.다시 포르투에 가게 된다면 이곳으로 다시 갈꺼예요.

Must stay!
Amazing stay. The ladies we all encountered at the front desk and breakfast were lovely. Everyone was so helpful and caring. The breakfast was delicious and so fresh. Loved the special Portuguese coffee and crepes. Modern clean hotel with comfy pillows and beds. Would definitely stay again

Staff were all outstanding and extremely helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable and our itinerary interesting. The hotel was amazing quiet and unique architecturally our balcony was great for relaxing and looking out over Porto. The location was great for us as we enjoy walking and did not want to be in the thick of the tourist area, we had the the Casa du Musica, local restaurants and markets on our doorstep. We would recommend Casa do Conto in which we stayed or the sister hotel Tipografia which we visited and has a bar and outside area and small pool.

Staff were great. Hotel (inside) and room were architecturally beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. May not be the place to stay if you like a lot of amenities from your hotel.

Da arquitetura ao atendimento esse hotel é impecável. Uma atitude de respeito à cidade, à história da cidade e dos edifícios e aos hóspedes. Toda a equipe, inclusive a proprietária, Alexandra Coutinho, extremamente gentis e prestativos. Foi a melhor escolha e fez toda a diferença para que a experiência na Cidade do Porto fosse ótima.

Magnifique expérience!!! - L’hotel est très bien situé: 30 min de l’aéroport en métro, au centre ville et à 10 min à pieds de tout ce qu’il y a à voir à Porto centre. - Le personnel est fantastique: après avoir visiter 15 pays et plus de 30 villes dans le monde, l’accueil dans cet hôtel est je peux le dire unique et formidable! - Petit déjeuner: très bons produits et plus qualitatif que quantitatif. - Chambre: propre, moderne et spacieuse. Pour résumer, c’est en grande partie grâce à l’ensemble de l’hotel Et surtout le personnel que notre séjour a été génial et que nous le recommanderons à tous nos amis et familles! Merci encore et à bientôt je l’espère!

Superbe surprise
Accueil très chaleureux tout au long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable : possibilité de manger à l'extérieur quand il fait beau, service au top avec une grande diversité de produits de qualité. Les chambres sont très design et confortables. Un hôtel qui va vite devenir un incontournable de Porto. Le jardin est très beau et la piscine splendide.

Villa Loios
We did not stay at either off the hotels but visited them both. Beautiful properties! Casa do Conto provided us with one of their apartment properties (Villa Loios) which was closer to the historical district. We loved it and the care and device was impeccable.

Topp hotell i særklasse.
Mitt barnebarn på 24 år og jeg trivdes kjempebra på dette hotellet sentralt i Porto. God service fra personalet. Deilig frokost i rolige omgivelser. Renholdet var upåklagelig. Hvis vi kommer tilbake til Porto, vil vi gjerne benytte dette hotellet igjen.

Property is very contemporary boutique hotel in older section of Porto. Close to most sites in the travel guides & some hidden gems. Staff is accommodating to guests’ needs. We didn’t like the 1/2 floor concept. Still had to take luggage 1/2 way up or down & over a gap at the door. My friend found this a little disconcerting. Buffet breakfast was wonderful continental+ & lounge open at night for drinks. Most staff spoke good English. This is for Travelocity—the address you gave to this property is the older one which is a block & 1/2 away. Please update as I didn’t pay attention to the address change in subsequent emails. Also, emphasize that even though you may be reserving a room for more than just one night, the hotel takes only one night’s pymt. for a retainer. Most of the properties you advertise take the entire amount. Was a bit surprised at arrival that I had to pay addt’l $300+.

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll gebaut und eingerichtet, mit einem wunderbaren Aussenbereich. Zudem ist die Lage in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Adresse auf Ebookers ist veraltet, weshalb wir erst im zweiten Anlauf am richtigen Ort landeten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und bietet eine breite Auswahl an allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Nur die Mengen sind viel zu klein, so dass das Personal mit nachfüllen nicht nachkommt.

The service was excellent overall, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a complementary mobile phone with suggestions for sightseeing and basic apps like maps and uber ect. I would visit this property again anytime.
