Enjoyed this house. Very clean and airy. Heat system worked well. A little noisy on the street. You need to walk about 10 minutes to park car if you rent one. Check in staff Diana was a sweetheart. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend à Porto
Nous avons passé 2 jours formidable sur Porto. Nous avions réservé une place de parking pour notre voiture et nous avons tout fait à pied. Magnifique... L appart était convenable, bien situé et le personnel très très accueillant (vraiment à votre service).

Excelente acomodação
Como o período que ficamos em Porto foi de muita chuva, ficamos boa parte do tempo no apartamento, que por nossa sorte era super bem localizado, limpo e tivemos um suporte por parte dos funcionários do escritório nota 10, sempre muito atenciosos e dispostos a dá dica sobre a cidade.

There is a 25EUR fee not disclaimed and you will only be informed the night before check in. There is mold all over the bathroom. You can hear everything going on upstairs. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment. Location is great!

Vale pela localização e conforto.
Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo jovem que nos mostrou o apartamento e nos indicou os principais pontos da cidade. Checkin tranquilo e fácil, visto que pega-se a chave na frente do apartamento. O apartamento é pequeno, mas muito confortável e bem montado. Tem tudo que precisa! Passamos uma noite tranquila. Ressalvas: sentimos cheiro de mofo dentro do imóvel, muito forte quando abriam alguns armários. A vizinhança é segura, porem algumas pessoas podem estranhar. É muito bem localizado, perto de todas as atrações!!

Los chicos de la recepción fueron muy amables el hotel es muy céntrico, limpio, organizado, las habitaciones muy bien... PERO el agua 🚿 de la ducha para salir caliente eran solo 3 gotas 💧 fue un sacrificio bañarse. Eramos 4 y un bebé de 3 meses os recomiendo.

可愛らしいアパートメント
オススメです。立地もよく快適に過ごせました。５名で宿泊しました。一人はソファーベットでしたが快適です。３階の部屋でスーツケースを持って上がるのが大変でした。朝は近くのお店でパンを購入してお部屋で食べました。バスルームも二つあります。お部屋は本当に可愛いですよ。

Appartement en duplex très propre mais dommage qu'il n'y est pas des échantillons de shampoing ou gel douche pour le prix. Une ampoule grillée dans le couloir qui mène aux chambres à l'étage et un interrupteur dénudé dans la salle de bain. Parking trop étroit pour un 4x4. Quartier un peu malfamé, tout près de la gare.

the property is located in a neighborhood with 30% of buildings condemned, vandalized, abandoned or under construction. One construction right in front and one right on left. Rooftops taken by seagull nesting families that fight for territories 24/7. Impossible to have a quiet night. The proximity to Sao Bento brings all sort of people, name it drugs, homeless, drunks, prostitutes, car break ins.

Excelente, muy limpio, cómodo, bien ubicado, amplio, el vuelo se nos retraso y hemos llegado casi a las dos de la madrugada y el encargado estaba fuera esperándonos con las llaves algo que es de agradecer, es un apartamento precioso como estar en casa

Très bien situé, en plein coeur historique de Porto. Appartement refait à neuf, très fonctionnel et propre et se trouve juste à côté de petits commerces. Les portugais sont très accueillants et nous avons eu droit à la carafe de vin de Porto dans l'appartement à notre arrivée, très agréable!

Ne jamais réserver sans annulation possible
Réservation sans annulation possible, les ai informé plus d'un mois avant que mon planning avait changé et les réponses faite ont été inflexibles alors que l'hotel était plein et qu'ils auraient pu sans aucun problème relouer la chambre. Font semblant de ne pas comprendre, une mauvaise foi évidente. Leçon à retenir, ne jamais jamais mais alors jamais réserver dans ce type d'établissement d'autant plus que la plupart des hotels ou réservations d'appartement ne sont pas aussi rigides.

This appartment looks great at first sight. It is extremly comfy and cozy to stay in. The location of the appartment is very convenient, close to the main tourest ticket locations and city scenery. overall this place was a good stay and a smart choice!

Spacieux et bien placé quoique difficile à trouver
Duplex pour 6 personnes : 1 chambres avec 2 lits simples, 1 chambre avec un lit double et un canapé-lit dans le salon, 2 salles de bains avec 2 wc. Position centrale, dans une rue en pente (ça grimpe beaucoup à Porto), à côté de la gare de Sao Bento. Attention au check-in, personne ne vous accueille il faut téléphoner lorsque vous arrivez et ensuite attendre que l'on vienne vous donner les clés (pour nous 1h30 d'attente). De plus le n° de la rue n'est pas visible dans la rue mais il s'agit bien de la rua do Loureiro. Sinon appartement propre et spacieux, nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine car nous avons mangé à l'extérieur mais elle semble bien équipée.

The spacious, two-story apartment unit was incredibly close to all the main sights in Porto and the staff were very friendly and attentive so that we were able to maximize our brief time in the city.

Brilliant.
Very central location, we booked a last minute get away, the apartment was spotless! We arrived late on Sunday and had Dieogo waiting for us near by. He took us through the apartment and what to find in the local area. Clean, local and good value. The only down side was they were doing maintenance outside our apartment and that woke us up early but if you stay at some point in the future that shouldn't be an issue. So I would strongly recommend staying.
