전체적인건 좋았는데 숙소 앞 공원에서 매일 밤 늦게까지 뭘 하더라구요. 소음이나 노래 소리가 꽤 컸습니다. 침대랑 암막커튼은 최고였어요. 10분 거리에 꽤 큰 마트도 있어서 좋았습니다. 한가지 좀 껄끄러웠던건 하루는 하우스 키핑이 왔는데 그 날은 쉬느라 청소 괜찮다고 돌려보냈더니 남은 날 동안 한 번도 청소를 하러 오지 않더라구요.. 그런 몇가지 빼고는 만족스러웠어요.

Great stay, highly recommend.
Great stay! There is no front desk, but the property was in contact with me well before my stay with the entrance code and instructions on retrieving the key. Building was well marked as Low Cost Tourist Apartment. Access to lots of buses and the metro. Supermarket and restaurants in the mall about 2 blocks away. Apartment was well furnished with everything you need. Great wifi. I felt safe coming home after dark.

Cama de casal extremamente desconfortável
Em geral o apartamento estava bem limpo e completo, porém alugamos para casal e constava uma cama de casal, e descobrimos na primeira noite que era apenas duas camas de solteiro juntas, o que tornou o sono bem desconfortável por criar um vão bem grande no meio da cama. Se reservamos por uma cama de casal, deveria ser uma cama de casal.

Struttura molto pulita ed ordinata in posizione centrale e ben servita dai mezzi. La stazione della metro è a due passi e ti collega con tutta porto! Consigliatissima

Recomended apartment
Quiet, clean and nice apartment with well equiped kitchen. Located near the Casa da musica, 5 minutes to metro station, near supermarket and cafeteria . The apartment is reformed, very clean, bed is confortable.

Location was brilliant. Direct tube train to the local station, with just a 2 minute walk to the apartment. Wish I had checked the exact location to find it was on the roundabout, not on a road leading from the roundabout; this could have saved us time wandering around in the dark. My fault! Lots of very reasonably priced bars and restaurants within a 3 minute walk, and if you want to get supplies for the apartment, 2 or 3 local supermarkets. 4 out of 5 tube lines go to Casa da Musica station from central Porto, so it’s easy to explore the city from this apartment very easily if you don’t want taxis all the time. Cant think of anything lacking within the apartment, but we were surprised that there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, but we are capable of wiping the condensation from the mirror ourselves! Would recommend this apartment for either a 1 night stay, or a week long stay.

Apartamento cómodo y bien situado. Luminoso, con vistas a la plaza Mouzinho de Albuquerque. Buena relación calidad/precio. El precio no incluye la limpieza del apartamento. Un inconveniente es que la calefacción es muy fuerte por la noche y no es posible apagarla.

很好的住宿體驗
很滿意住宿環境，基本設備很齊全，連焗爐都有！唯一不足是開門要有小技巧，但不影響住宿體驗，十分建議入住！

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Sobre mais suffisant pour dormir. L'environnement n'est pas propice à la flanerie mais nous sommes plutôt dans un quartier d'affaire. Nous avions vue sur les toits mais par conséquent c'était très calme. Nous avons dormi une nuit avant de rejoindre l'aéroport. C'est d'ailleurs très pratique ligne E du métro tout à côté et direct. Je recommande pour un court séjour.

It was good value for money and location was excellent. Unfortunately we had apartment 1B which faced the back of the building, was very hot and an extractor fan from a nearby restaurant was too close to our windows. But overall any other minor issue we raised was promptly resolved

Great apartments
We have rented 6 rooms for a group of friends. It was amazing. Clean, nice and big rooms with kitchens. Easy check in system, nice area and close to the station.

Günstige schöne Unterkunft
sehr netter unkomplizierter Kontakt, sauberes schönes Apartment, die Lage war okay, jedoch läuft man ins City Center 20-25 Minuten. Bett war sehr gemütlich, der Verkehr ist bei offenem Fenster ein bisschen laut, aber alles in Allem eine super- Unterkunft für einen super-Preis.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut
Gute Lage, generell geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Möbel waren aber schon etwas abgewohnt. Neuer Topf wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag sowie Basics wie Zucker Salz Pfeffer. Leider war auch der Wasserkocher nicht verwendbar, da er komplett durchgerostet war. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach.

Apartamento agradable, pero en mal estado y con importantes incomodidades: Soporte ducha medio suelto. Agua dificilmente regulable. Sin aire acondicionado. Balcón acristslado que hacía el efecto de un invernadero. Mal insonorizado: daba a un espacio tranquilo, pero retumbaban sonidos de gaviotas, ladridos, obras que se oìan demasiado en el apartamento. El dueño me aseguró que me traería un secador.de pelo y no lo hizo.

Appartement très propre, bien agencé et fonctionnel, beau parquet et mobilier récent, literie idéale, petit problème de carte/clé bien résolu au téléphone, côté rue un peu bruyant durant la nuit. Recommandé.

Место расположения удачное, мне понравилось! Общение с персоналом сведено на минимум, это уже кому как нравится. В номере пахло хлоркой до ужаса, при этом везде были разных размеров и цветов волосы, мало приятно. На потолке отпечатки обуви вместе с отпечатками комаров. Смешно, когда с утра открываешь глаза, и первое что представляешь, как человек охотился на комаров. А так, тихо, спокойно.

Very nice apartment, good price!
The apartment was very nice, lots of room. In a residential area, lots of shops and services nearby. Check in was easy. The building is on a busy street but it's fairly quiet at night and we had no problem sleeping. Close to Metro station, very convenient. Would stay here again.

Ruim en schoon appartement dichtbij de metro
Geweldige communicatie met Mauricio. Hij reageert heel snel op mailtjes. Appartement schoon en netjes en goed onderhouden. Goed systeem met codes. Er zijn 2 liften aanwezig. Het gebouw wel een beetje moeilijk te vinden. De straat is de rotonde zelf.

Good stay overall
Oporto and surrounding region of Braga, Guimares, Aveiro (accessible by 3 day tourist train card) is a lovely region to explore over 7 days. The Casa de Musica is a 30 minute walk from main rail station the riverside and main Oporto attractions (unless you're lazy and take the tram/bus) which is only location disappointment. Accomodation had all the basics to survive self catering with Lidl 5 mins walk away. Accomodation comfortable enough although our apartment only had one armchair between two people and the darkness blinds did not always work.
