Aire acondicionado que no enfria, el aire que entra está a temperatura de la calle. No lo solucionan a pesar de nuestra queja porque lo tienenprogramado así. Es un "ventilador". Almohadas y colchones pésimos. Nos intentan colar una matrimonial a pesar de haber pagado una twin, dicie do que no hay disponibles. Tras una ardua discusión de sacan la twin "de la nada".. piscina turbiay pequeña, con mal aspecto. Desatuno de mala calidad. No lo recomendaría.

Accueil sympathique, arrives en taxi à 11h à la descente du ferry nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans une pièce (non surveillé) le temps que la chambre soit disponible vers 13h30. Chambre double propre, donnant sur la piscine et le bar extérieur, avec balconnet. Ambiance très bruyante. Literie correcte. Rien de luxueux mais confort correct. Petits déjeuners par contre loin d’être corrects … tout est de très mauvaise qualité ! Et peu de choix. Le jour du départ on a aussi pu laisser nos bagages dans cette pièce derrière l’accueil. L’avantage est qu’il n’est pas loin du petit centre ville! Ne vaut pas le prix demandé

A jewel in the crown
This hotel is truly a little gem. Staff are all so courteous, helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was excellent and the bedrooms were spotless. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were very soft.The Colombo bar/restaurant serves great food and cocktails. Having entertainment at the Colombo was added value. Will certainly recommend to friends and family. Brilliant central location to beach, shops and restaurants. Price was very reasonable. Hope to return one day.

Nice but noisy
Staff is very kind and nice and rooms are comfortable and clean but the acoustic insulation is nonexistent. You can hear other guests talking loudly on the corridor during the night and partying all night long in adjacent rooms. I contacted reception about it and they confirmed the noise and partying and even knocked on some doors to ask people to not be so loud but I feel it was not enough as the party continued once the reception gentleman was gone. They said the hotel was maximum capacity and they couldn't provide another room that night only on the following night. If you want to rest and enjoy the silence this is a place to avoid.

Hotel ist ein einfaches 2Sterne (in Portugal 3) Hotel, sehr freundlich, Im neuen Anbau schöne große Zimmer. Frühstück einfach solide. Wer im Zentrum und nicht am Strand wohnen möchte zu empfehlen!

Loved it
I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Porto Santo. Peaceful, quiet and a very relaxed atmosphere - and there was a tasty continental breakfast. Thehotel was very clean and bright - there is air conditioning should you need it. It is mainly used by Portuguese guests which is super ideal for me wanting to immerse myself in all things local.The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the centre of Vila Baleira and the beach. There are plenty lovely local restaurants, cafés and bars - perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend.

A nossa estadia decorreu de forma tranquila como era esperado. O pessoal do hotel, na receção, no restaurante e as equipas de limpeza, foram sempre muito simpáticos e prestáveis quando necessário. Trata-se de um hotel modesto, bem cuidado, localizado no centro da Vila Baleira, que permite o contacto com os portosantenses e poder apreciar o seu modo de ser e de estar. A grande atração é sem dúvida a praia de areia dourada e o mar de tonalidades verde/azul maravilhosas, que fica muito próxima do hotel.

Was disappointing when we arrived with heavy luggage and there was no lifts. We were given rooms in the last floor and my grandparents struggled a lot to go up the stairs to 3rd floor.

Property was a bit dated … needs a bit of a make over, brought up to 21st century. Friend and I stayed in a noisy room facing the front of the hotel - constant noise from people walking past, motor bikes/cars (even with window shut). Despite location being ideal for the beach and staff friendly not much to say.

Un hôtel correct sans plus
Séjour correct, chambre climatisée avec une literie confortable. Il est regrettable qu'elle ne comporte que deux prises. De même, il est précisé que le WiFi existe dans les parties communes mais celui-ci est loin de fonctionner correctement.

Correu dentro do que tinha como expectativa. É um hotel ideal para quem pretende estar perto do centro e dos principais serviços. O ruído entre os quartos faz-se sentir, mas se existir bom senso, nada que não se tolere. A limpeza também foi um aspeto favorável. A equipa de funcionários bastante simpáticas e colaborantes.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Hotel is tired, old, dirty and staff is rude. We are in 2020 and they fly have a BAD Wifi working only in reception. Walls is paper thin...so you can hear anything in the other rooms. I found hair all over the floor in the room. Choose another place!!!! NAO FIQUES AQUI!!!! Hotel esta velho, sujo e o pessoal que trabalha por la e rude e mal educado incluindo a gerente! Estamos em 2020 e acredite ou nao mas a wifi somente funciona (e mal) na recepção!!! Parede dos quartos e super fina e escuta-se tudo do outro lado. Achei fios de cabelo pelo chão no meu quarto! ESCO;HA QUALQUER OUTRO LUGAR!
