Facade en travaux du coté de notre chambre. Bruits des travaux à 8h du mat pas top pour les grace mat! Le personnel est tres sympathique, la chambre est spacieuse et propre. Mais il faut ajouter un supplement pour avoir une fenêtre qui donne vers.

立地：ラパッロの中心部のすぐ裏にあって、2分で歩いて出られます。とても便利で、このホテルを選んで良かったと思います。 フロントスタッフ：明るく挨拶してくれて、丁寧に説明してくれました。英語も聴き取りやすくて、分かりやすかったです。 部屋と施設：丁寧に清掃されていて、清潔に保たれています。安心して深く眠れました。 価格：この部屋で考えたとき、少し高いと感じました。ですが、近辺のホテルと比較すると、リーズナブルだと思います。

Struttura eccellente, nuova e molto bella. Posizione centralissima, di fronte al mare. Parcheggio convenzionato proprio di fronte all'hotel. Camera molto grande, funzionale, con vista parziale mare. Pulizia perfetta. Personale sia reception che sala colazioni molto cordiali e disponibili. Colazione favolosa sia per qualità che varietà, trovata raramente nonostante il soggiorno in diversi alberghi.

A good stay.
This hotel was part of a three week trip throughout Italy. It was in a great location, but for the price, it was only OK. An average hotel and an average room. Lots of restaurants and shopping extremely close by.

We have stayed in Rapallo many times but this was the best hotel so far and the one we will be using again. The staff were all friendly and helpful with some. like Elena, going above and beyond to sort out a problem I had but nothing to do with the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional with a huge choice of lovely delicious things. An amazing place.

Property is across from the water. Restaurants and shopping are very close by. Be forewarned that the hotel does not have parking on site, but there is a parking lot across the street where you can park for 19€. Also, there isn’t much of an unloading area in front of the hotel; maybe two cars at most can park to unload luggage.

El único punto negativo por lo que no se le dio Excelente es la construcción enseguida, que sabemos que es temporal, pero hasta que se termine el edificio de departamentos, por la mañana hay ruido temprano

My reso was originally for 3 nights and I changed it to 2 nights over a month ago with Expedia. However the hotel refused to honor the cancellation and insisted I pay for it and submit claim to Expedia for reimbursement. This is sales prevention best western and Expedia!!!!

We contacted Expedia and they confirmed that your check out date was on September 14th 2023, for two rooms. We are really sorry for this incovenient due to your wrong reservation trough Expedia.
