It is clearly stated that we do not have parking, therefore it is no point complaining about parking. You did not have breakfast: how can you express your opinion on something that you do not know? We are a three star hotel and services are adequate to our level. We do not know what you were expecting, but we can only offer what we have and guests can know what we can offer before booking. Gentile Ospite,in merito ai parcheggi, abbiamo solamente una zona di carico e scarico per semplificare le normali necessità con bagagli in arrivo o partenza non disponiamo di garage o altro come ben indicato anche su questo sito. Le assicuro che da parte nostra non facciamo alcuna distinzione tra ospiti, ma ci puà capitare che tra le persone la sensibilità verso le regole sia molto variabile. In un contesto di utilizzo comune, come per il parcheggio temporaneo, soggetto a regole d'utilizzo ci sono alcuni clienti che fanno a volte confusione oppure particolare fatica a rispettarle. Da parte nostra cerchiamo di chiarire con pazienza la situazione anche traducendolo in altre lingue e affiggendolo all'ingresso. La ringraziamo della sua segnalazione sul bagno di questa stanza, stiamo attualmente valutando un allargamento di quel unità in particolare magari portando in futuro la stessa da singola a doppia capacità di occupazione. Apparentely the waiter simply understood full breakfast for you, anyway we have correct it at the reception. Dear Mister,as indicated Hotel has no parking or garage belonging to the property. Our staff provides all necessary informations about pubblic parking facilities nearby. We undestand that travelling with a long big SUV makes everything also more difficolt to find out a large spacious option for big size vehicle. We are happy to assist you even before arrival date, you could simply anticipating your needs in order to better advise you accordinghlty. Genreal online information are regulary available also on this website to everybody. We accept criticism and encourage Guests evaluation in order to make possible improvements. Concerning parking, hotel has not basically the necessary space, we are directly on the seaside limit and in our town there are not private garage to suggest. Best regards from Rapallo.
