Always accommodating. Hotel is clean, but concentration to detail could happen. Soap dish wasn’t clean, toilet could be cleaner. Other than that, it’s great. Quick check in!

Stained bed sheets
We got into our room and one of the beds had what appeared to be two large blood stain on the sheets, it was disgusting. Not sure how a person from housekeeping would think this was acceptable. The person at the front desk immediately switched our room.

Nasty cigarette smell
Stench of stale cigarette smell in the room. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to make it bearable. The smell got to all our clothing and all items needing to be washed on returning home. The entire hotel had a "smell" that was noticeable as soon as you walk into the lobby.

The area was great restaurants stores etc was close the hotel looked clean and ok inside until I needed to do my laundry the laundry room wasbt to clean then my room looked ok till around 11:30pm when I caught a roach in a cup and brought it down to the office

Room was nice and clean. Acess to the property was good. Staff was pleasant. The bed was not that comfortable. Made my back hurt. Matress could be firmer. Have had better beds at other hotels. Would however recommend the property to others.

Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! Directions to hotel were a little confusing. The elevator door alarm was annoying, but generally, we would recommend!

Disappointed
This room was for my father, who was in from out of town. He was very disappointed with the stay, and that had a lot to deal with the overall cleanliness of the facility. He was also upset that a maid never came to clean his room as well. Not the best place for an elderly individual traveling alone.

I am sorry your father experienced this while staying with us. It is explained at check in that we do not do daily housekeeping and all the guest needs to do is request housekeeping before 10am the day they would like the service. I again am sorry for failing to meet expectations on your fathers recent stay.

Room on fists floor had windows with broken locks & window would not stay closed . When Reported to rob the guy at front desk he suddenly got very nasty & wanted to give me a scotch tape to hold windows closed . Which didn’t work.. I stayed here last year & staff was way Freindlier aswell.

I liked the location for golfing. As a smoker, i went out the back and the smoking area and conditions could be better. Maybe a covered table.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. The hotel rooms were renovated nicely however, the lobby is in major disrepair, and elevator wasn't working properly. Great location to Burlington International Airport but I was a little nervous about the neighborhood being safe.

Room was dirty, bed had hair and body fluid on it. Manager was not on site and they did not have another room available. Had to wait for the next day to get a refund but in the meantime I had to go to another hotel and pay for another room somewhere else.
