주변에 대형마트가 많고 가성비가 좋은 편안한 호텔
가성비가 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 직원들의 친절도도 좋았구요. 다만 저는 부엌이 딸린 방을 예약했는데, 부엌의 전기레인지가 코일형으로 구식이라 화력이 시원치 않았습니다. 차라리 가스나 혹은 최신형 전기레인지였으면 좋았을텐데..하여 음식조린 안하고 전자레인지를 이용하거나해서 음식을 해먹었습니다

Ok, but property need little upgrades. Overall stay is ok with breakfast and parking. But room is very small and cleaning is not done everyday, this might be due to Covid-19 rules.

Check in was efficient and I was able to park outside my room on a very rainy night. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I don’t think any property deserved a 10/10. I would give this a 8/10 for the price

Did not like the new pillows. Estayed here last year, and the pillows were much better. Felt like laying your head on a sandbag. Otherwise everything else was great.

Property was run down. Photos showed freshly updated rooms. Reality is, they slapped a little rouge on and called it a day. The bathtub ran all night. There were 6 or more people in the rooms on eaither side of us, with lots of banging and children crying. Dirty carpet, unpainted patches in the wall. The smallest tv possible. Way overpriced for what it was. Best Western should be ashamed to have the name on this MOTEL like property. Just because you buy a motel, slap some paint on it and change the name, disappointed

Avoid, unless you want to be scammed by managemen!
The stay was terrible but not as bad as being ripped off 4 days after the stay. The breakfast area was dirty, cereal and bagels stale, the orange juice tasted rancid. waffles maker and yogurt was the saving grace. Four days after the stay the hotel charged us $242 in addition to what we had already paid on hotels.com for the room. 3 days later the manager has still refused to return my call or email, the refund still hasn’t cleared our account and now we have been charged an additional nearly $100 in 3 return check fees since the unexpected charge made our account negative. Customer service at the hotel has been of no help and clearly no concern to the manager as they have refused to return my call or email in 3 days.

This place was clean, and comfortable. Very reasonable priced for this room. Very surprised they had a good breakfast in a breakfast sitting room. Now days since Covid 19 , no place has any breakfasts foods. We would stay here again.

Room was filthy and smelled so bad of mildew hole was punched in the door of the bathroom and bathroom door did not shut switched to another room only to have it smell just as bad and was even more filthy than the first one sheets had stains on them and pillows had make up stained on them definitely will not stay here ever again
