Servicet var dårlig- værelserne blev ikke gjort rent eller i stand om eftermiddagen når man forlod stedet. Vi har derudover personligt bedt rengøring af værelset hvilket ikke skete- trods vi blev lovet det. Håndklæderne blev ikke skiftet ud til rene- under hele opholdet var de samme håndklæder fra ankomsten. Vi har desuden betalt for internet hvilket heller ikke var noget af.

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Jeder konnte deutsch. Die Zimmereinrichtung war allerdings sehr Ostblock Stil mäßig. Auch waren wir nicht sicher, ob unser Zimmer täglich geputzt wurde oder wir nur frische Handtücher bekommen haben. Für den Preis war es allerdings in Ordnung

Weit und breit dieses Hotel umfahren.
Ich bin mit meinem Freund in dem Hotel gewesen.Wir haben nichts besonderes erwartet da wir nicht viel gutes über tschechische Hotels gehört haben, jedoch waren wir negativ überrascht. Die Lobby sieht ganz ordentlich und gepflegt aus und da es ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen ist dachten wir dass es gar nicht so schlecht sein kann. Dann kamen wir zu der Rezeption und es ging ab da nur noch abwärts. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, die Fleure sind unglaublich schmutzig und das allerschlimmste waren die Zimmer. Wände die schon zerfallen, schmutziges Boden(Teppich), unreines Bad und eine Klimaanlage die nicht funktioniert. Es gibt inklusive einen Parkplatz was jedoch meistens besetzt ist und WLAN was aber nur für 30Min. in der Lobby zur verfügung steht am sonsten muss man zahlen. Alles in allem schade um das Geld.

Das Hotel ist einfach, aber auch sehr preiswert, es gibt kostenlose Hotelparkplätze, zu Fuß ist es in die Altstadt weit. Es ist sehr ruhig, viel Grün, WLAN ist NUR in der Lobby kostenlos, wer es im Zimmer verwenden will zahlt 2€ pro Tag.

Bad choice
Not a 4star hotel This hotel was a total disappointment. We booked it as a 4star hotel with all amenities that this class should have (like mini-bar/refrigerator, tea/coffee maker and air-conditioning (all listed in hotel description). It didn't have any of it. Rooms are old (designed like poor 80') and small. Only two small bed-lamps for lightning, no refrigerator and not working air conditioning. During our stay the temperature outside was reaching 36C and the same (or higher) was in the room. Small 14 inch old-type TV (by Tesla :) ) with only two channels (Eurosport and RTL ?!), no free/welcome water in the room. Room service not working. When we asked for ice-cubes we were send to the bar. There are 7 or 8 floors, where you can get by stairs or really creepy lift. Some furniture for was left on our corridor. Oh, and may (many!) small flies in the room. It was totally awful. Staff was trying to be nice but they were not professionals. No wi-fi (extra paid). Good points: pets are allowed and the room staff is pet friendly, localization outside the city is ok for walking with dog (a big field with grass near the hotel). We found a very good restaurant 20min walk from the Albion Hotel (U Krbu). Overall - yes, the hotel have rooms and you can sleep there but it is more like one-star or none-star hotel.

Etwas weit weg vom Zentrum
Sauberes hotel, zimmer schön und groß, Auswahl an deutschen TV. Allerdings waren als wir angekommen sind nur max 10%der Zimmer belegt. Man kam sich teilweise wie in einem Geister hotel vor.

Seemed to be not completed.
The A/C did not work, the curtains only just fitted the windows, the resturants , fitness room , sauna was never open , or was told was not completed yet.

Hotel war am 2. Tag ziemlich gut besucht, Personal war dadurch völlig überfordert...Im Frühstücksraum war Chaos ohne Ende....schmutzig Tische, Buffet teilweise leer. WiFi war auch kostenpflichtig und nicht kostenlos wie beschrieben....Hotel hat.höchstens 2 Sterne verdient...

La chambre était très grande et spacieuse. Des fauteuils massant sont disponibles dans le couloir pour quelques couronnes tchèques. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer; pas de vrai jus de fruit et des fruits pas frais. La Wi-Fi ne marche pas.

Wir waren 2 Tage in Prag es war Wunderschön, mann kann sehr günstig Essen und Trinken und es gibt sehr Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt.

Sokat kellett várni a bejelentkezéskor, egy recepciós volt. Furcsa volt, hogy előre kellett fizetni,mikor meg volt adva a hitelkártya száma!? A szálloda méretéhez képest kicsi a parkoló. Szoba tiszta, tágas. Svédasztalos reggeli, bőséges. Kocsival nincs messze a centrum (4-5 km). Az ár-érték aránynak megfelelő volt a szálloda.

Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr warm, über 30°. Bei diesem Wetter auf die Klimaanlage verzichten zu müssen, ist wirklich eine Zumutung! Wir schlugen dem Personal vor, uns zumindest Ventilatoren zur Verfügung zu stellen, aber so etwas gab es in dem Hotel nicht.

Top Albion
The hotel staff was not very friendly and minimally helpful. The location is not the best, it's a good 2 km walk to the subway station. I would recommend another hotel preferably closer to the subway, as that is the best way to get around the city (it's cheap and easy). It's located in a residential neighborhood, which is kinda nice to live amongst the locals for a short while

We - my two teenage-daugthers and I - stayed at Albion for one week. The room was actually two rooms en suite, so we had a lot of space. The bathroom had a bathtub, which we loved after long days in Prague. Breakfast was ok, but after some days we would have appreciated some variation.Good service and clean, quiet and functional hotel. It could need a bit of maintainance though - painting e.g.To go to the center of Prague we had to take a bus and then the metro, but that was no problem, as busses arrived each 5 minutes.

The breakfast is good. The lobby looks very good. The rooms our friends and we stayed in look and feel very cheap. We expected more. Free parking is appreciated.

Alles ok für den sehr günstigen Preis, 4 Sterne sind aber doch sehr relativ! Grosses Minus: Sehr laut, die Fenster isolieren kaum und morgens lauter Autoverkehr und warmlaufende Reisebusse!

L'hotel est dans un quartier calme
L'hotel est dans un quartier calme et les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. La propreté est impeccable. Etant en voiture nous avons apprécié le parking et la possibilité d'aller en ville aisément. CElà semble moins évident pour les clients en transport en commun, mais je n'ai pas essayé. Il manque un équipement Internet convenable. Un seul vrai bémol : L'ambiance est un peu froide et le personnel n'est pas très chaleureux. On a l'impression d'être encore dans un pays socialiste. Dommage, cet hotel mérite mieux si le personnel faisait un petit effort pour sourire. A recommander néanmoins pour sa qualité et son prix modéré

The hotel, the room and service was ok. From Metro Station Andel five stops with bus. But the last way by feet from the bus to the hotel is very dangerous - no sidewalk !! And after 22.00 no drink on the bar.

It is a big hotel in the greens,
It is a big hotel in the greens, 7 bus stops (but buses come quite frequently) from the metro and then tram or metro to the center. The hotel is very old, but has spacious rooms, but without any gym/sauna/pool etc. I could book it for an incredible low price, so the price/value rate is very great. Breakfast is avarage. I can recommend, but it is not so easy to get the center with mass transportation.

1. It showed guest could have pizza or sandwich in bar till midnight, but nothing to eat when we arrived at 8:30PM. 2. Only two glasses, two tiny soaps and shower gel in bathroom, nothing else. It did not match the "4 star hotel" standard. 3. Breakfast was OK, but when things ran out (coffee, juice), we needed to remind waiters and wait. 4. Won't stay again.

Worst hotel experience
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The Albion Congress Center is listed as near the airport. This was the main reason we selected it, as we needed to be at the airport by 6:00 a.m. The Albion is in fact no where near the airport, and we had to pay a 30 minute cab ride to get there from our hotel in the center of Prague, and another 30 minute cab ride to get from the Albion to the airport. The room was supposed to have one single and one double bed. It did not. The room was so small that we put the chair on top of the desk in order to walk around the bed. We spent a sleepless night due to the noise below us in the courtyard, as well as in the hallway outside our room. This included security banging on the door with shouts to "Open up!" at about 3:00 a.m. When I got up to shower it was still dark out, so the room was pitch black. No lights!!! The electricityhad apparently been turned off. Every number I tried on the phone resulted in a busy signal. Great for customer safety, huh? When the lights suddenly snapped on about half hour later, we speculated that perhaps the lights had been shut off to quiet the loud drunken guests on the floor. We requested a cab from the desk clerk the night before for 5:30 a.m. in order to get to the airport by six. It did not come. We had to wake up a staff member in the lobby fill with groups of drunken men and thick smoke to check on it, and were assured that the cab had been ordered. Still didn't come. A cab arrived 20 min late. Thank goodness he drove fast! If you're looking for a restful, quiet, friendly hotel with good service near the airport---please do not stay here!!! Very disappointing

Top Hotel Albion Prague schickte uns zu einem Partnerhotel Top Hotel Prague. Für uns 3 Leute bereitete ein 4-bett Zimmer vor. Es war nicht so gut und ähnlich wie eine Hostel. Frühstück war nicht schlecht.
