서비스 최악의 호텔
예약시 공사중이라는 설명도 없었는데 하루 종일 공사중이라 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 그리고 아침마다 화장실에 물이 안 나와서 오전 일정을 다 망쳤고 호텔스 탓컴에 전화하여 컴플레인을 해서 겨우 방을 옮겼습니다. 또한 프런트에 물 안 나온다고 이야기 하고 있는 중에 무시하고 다른 손님 응대하고... 아주 기분나쁘고 이번 유럽 여행 중 최악의 경험이었습니다.

A few minutes walk from Prague Film School
Took this hotel since it's a few minutes away from school my son's attending. 15 minutes a walk from Old Town Square and shopping areas. There's a convenient small market on the same street. I asked for 1 bed, and got 2 twin beds put together. They provide instant coffee/tea bags, but no shampoo/conditioner. The walls are thin, I was able to hear next door''s conversations/radio loudly. If you are lucky, as I was the first night, you will have a great night's sleep and wake up with birds chirping. Overall, I would recommend this hotel

No AC No minibar
There is no AC and no minibar in the room. The location is not good. It takes about 15 min by walk to the subway and tram station. No tourist attraction in walking distance. You need to ask for changing linen. The hotel didn't changed the linen so I felt itchy and my linen smelled foot odor badly in my first night. Well, the breakfast was not bad at least. 방에 에어컨 없습니다. 생각보다 환기가 안 돼서 답답해요. 창문 열면 바로 앞이 차도라서 계속 열어놓을 수도 없습니다. 걸어서 갈만한 곳은 없고, 지하철이나 트램을 타야 하는데, 정류장까지 15분정도 걸립니다. 침대 시트도 요구하기 전까진 안 바꿔줍니다. 첫 날 시트에서 발냄새가 너무 심하게 나서 고생했네요. 조식은 나쁘지 않습니다.

The room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was good. We asked a taxi at 5am, reception dest called taxi on time and it was good too ^^

서비스나 객실부분에서는 완벽했으나 복도의 소음이 심했다. 저녁시간에서의 소음은 호텔측에서 먼저 처리해주었으면 좋겠다

대체로 깨끗하고 아침식사 또한 나쁘지 않았습니다. bathtub가 아주 좋아 아침저녁으로 피로를 푸는데는 그만이었습니다. 한국인들은 거의 없어 영어가 잘 안되는 한국인은 비추입니다. 또한 위치가 골목 안이라 지하철역에서 찾아 들어가기가 이틀내내 헛갈려서 그게 좀 별로였습니다.

훌룡한 서비스, 지하철에 가까움, 주변에 좋은 음식점 많음, 친절한 직원
베스트웨스턴 상품을 보고 호텔을 정했는데 역시 기대에 만족했읍니다. 다시 방문하고푼 호텔입니다. 지하철, 관광지에 가깝고 대중교통 또한 이용하기 편합니다. 주변에 맛있고 이름있는 레스토랑들이 많고요. 30초 거리에 선물가게도 있읍니다. 주변 동료들에게 꼭 추천하고픈 호텔입니다.

Posizione fantastica in pieno centro storico. Colazione molto varia e buona nei salati, poca scelta nei dolci. Check in fatto in un attimo. Un po' troppo caldo in camera.

Property is conveniently located a short walk from the metro station Narodni Trida. It's also a short walk from the center of Prague which includes Wenceslas Square. My hotel room was warm, comfortable and absolutely spotless. In particular, the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower was outstanding. Staff on front desk are also friendly and helpful. I've stayed at the hotel before and was very pleased to return. Top marks to all.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is really well located, close to everything. Nice room, spacious and really clean. We enjoyed the breakfast with various choices. I definitly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Pav review good & bad
You're space heater don't work too well. Breakfast good but your lift to get downstairs is too cold to get into without a jacket. Who wears a jacket or coat when leaving your room to go to breakfast? That should all be indoors. Also you should NOT charge for (still) water if it comes from the tap. If it's free for you, it should be free for us. I declined it because I'm not going to pay money for free water.

The hotel and room were as described, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really nice with lots of variety. The area itself had plenty of options for dining and entertainment and was a short walk to many of the tourist attractions.

Not a clean hotel
Rooms are not too clean. You don't feel comfortable in the bed and it makes you feel that you can catch some dirt from anywhere. Sink at the toilet was not clean as well. There was no minibar no water as well. Only location and reception were good enough.

Wir fanden es sehr schön im Hotel Pav . Es ist vom Bahnhof mit der Straßenbahn entspannt zu erreichen. Wir haben Prag zu Fuß erkundet. Es ist alles gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut . Für alle was dabei. Das Personal ist etwas zu schnell mit dem Teller abräumen😂 Wir kommen gerne wieder

Location of hotel was great just around corner of main street, peace environment. Noises heard from other room, that was big minus, and shower/toilet ventilation was poor. Even there was some loudly blower.

Good hotel but Bad Customer Service
The breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel was in a good location and the amenities were really good. However, Milan in the front desk was really rude and rolled his eyes after I have asked him a question. Him rolling his eyes was really uncalled for and ruined our day. The customer service in the front desk was overall unpleasant with other employees too.
