I am sorry to hear about your experience with hot water supply. It was one of the days when we have 100% occupancy and for a short period of time there can be hot water shortage. However, I did not find any feedback from you in our internal records. Did you talk to my colleagues at the reception? We are always ready to help or at least advice. The price/quality ratio is our key performance indicator, and this is why I know, that we are outperforming the market long term. On the other hand, it is trough, that Prague has become very popular in the last couple of years. Dear Igor, I invite you to come during the low season, when Prague is not so crowdy and the prices are much lower. I wish you all the best and hope to see you at Central Spot

Dear Andrew, Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate it a lot. As you mentioned our main priority is comfort and rest of our guests. Most of our rooms were renovated last year, so they have new matrasses and all the facilities you need for the comfortable stay in Prague. Unfortunately, we do not have TV sets, but we hope that the fast and free WiFi could compensate the very idea of it. We are located in the historical centre, 100 metres from Wenceslas Square and for that location we have very low precis. 73 euros per the 4- beds room for night is a very competitive price, otherwise you did not feel it because you had chosen that apartment for one person.
