I wish we could have more rooms to give you upgrade. Unfortunately we were fully booked and the upgrade was not possible. The upgrade is a subject of availability. We give opportunity to chambermaids from Ukraine to work here and as you found out they do not speak english well. But there is always a receptionist, bellboys, concierge or other emloyees to help.
