Care given by staff was above & beyond usual. Dislike:Expedia lists a shuttle service which isn't correct. We were stuck at the airport after hours.

We had no water pressure and no hot water all three days. Called the desk they did nothing at all gave no reasoning. They did not care. We travel For business and will not ever book a room her for our corporation again

Will stay again!!!!
We had a wonderful stay in Price Utah. The checkin was extremely easy...they treated us like old friends. Very friendly, extremely clean, the food for breakfast was warm and enticing. Plenty of choices too! We stayed two nights....it was very quiet with exception of the club or bar across the street. It was very loud on Friday night...we could hear it in our room on the third floor. But that wasnt the hotels fault. Overhaul impressed with how clean it was and how friendly all of the staff was!

We had two rooms for 8 people in our family. The rooms were not ready for check in at the posted check in time. We had a wedding to get ready for after driving all day. We were in line with several other families that could also not check in. We ended up having to use another families room to get ready for the wedding and our room was nor available for check in until after 8PM. Then we had housekeeping enter our room at 8:45 the next morning. We paid nearly $300 for a room and this is unacceptable. I have never experienced this in my whole yrs of traveling.

Wrong room at check in
Did not get the 2 queens needed so I had to buy an air mattress. Disappointed that the website and hotel do not communicate this. Had to have someone sleep on the air mattress on the floor

I loved the quality of the room. It had a few little charms that made it better. The pillows have the firmness embroidered on them. It was quiet. Clean. I would stay here again without question.

We had a comfortable stay in a clean room with a decent sized bathroom. I left $5.00 for the maid to thank her. However I forgot to take my little purse with me and didn’t discover it until after we were a couple hundred miles away. Getting that important pouch back became a nightmare. The hotel said it had given it to a service that would send it to me via Provo, Ut. by UPS and that they would send me tracking. I never heard from them, I then tried to talk with UPS, but they didn’t know anything. Finally, two days later, I got a call from Fed Ex, asking me where to send it, I paid over $100 to have it sent overnight. Then I got an email from tracking saying the package was delayed. I finally talked someone in Santa Fe into letting me go to their office to pick it up, so I wouldn’t have to wait another day. The pouch held my driver’s license, three credit cards, my Covid vaccination records, and about $50.00. The $50.00 was gone, but I got everything else back. I am debating about cancelling my credit cards. The most frustrating thing was that there wasn’t any record from your hotel, or from the service they gave it to of what had been done to get it to me or how to contact me. I had given the person at the hotel, Jessica, the address in Santa Fe where I wanted it sent, and my email and phone. She wouldn’t come to the phone the second time I called, and the third time I had to leave my phone number , asking her to call me back. She seemed disgruntled.
