We visited mainly for 'Anne of Green Gables' destinations, and the location was really great for tourism. Cottage equipment is not fancy but very clean. Especially I like that the kitchen is equipped with a rice cooker and kitchen cutleries are of good quality. It made our cottage cooking very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for family trips.

We would have liked to have seen the owner on check out day. I got no receipt and we also had a few questions in reference to the disposal of the garbage. There was no one around to help. In general it was a good place to stay.

Was advised during check in wifi wasn’t good enough for anything except for “checking google”. Couldn’t stream or use for work purposes as hoped. False advertising, if you advertise wifi it should be full working wifi. Lack of professionalism at the establishment, no rules provided to clients. Large group of people gathered outside drinking and listening to loud music until late hours, not family friendly. Couldn’t not enjoy our deck. Will not return.

Great area but accommodations need updating.
Great area, but accommodations need an update -- particularly beds and shower. Beds were uncomfortable to sleep on and shower wasn't nice to get into (it's dated, so feels not clean even if it is; drain didn't work well either). Wi-Fi was pathetic. Quite a bit of space though.

Liked its proximity to Cavendish & all the attractions. The cottage we had is in need of major fix-up; the deck is terribly small & the deck chairs are risky at best. Bath & kitchen are fine, but all in all it needs some paint & minor repairs. TV is fine (satellite). Couldn't recommend to anyone else.

We booked the honeymoon cottage !!!!!!!. The only thing that made ut a honeymoon cottage was a 1 bedroom . The kitchen was equipment with alot of thing u might need. Was posted as pet friendly n......was not pet friendly Therr is no brook anywhere near the property. Was extremely hot n a little fan that did not work very well Very dissatisfied

Great location. Cottage is older and dated. Could have used a better clean but was overall fine. It wasn’t as expensive as other cottages so you get what you’re paying for in terms of amenities.

Quiet little cottages, 5 minutes from Cavendish. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, having a BBQ was nice. The park pass was a very nice perk!

Our secret hideout!
The cottage is huge! That was our first impression. Wendy was a great Hostess and took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know. She even offers a park pass! Now I don't know how many cottages do that but that is a great touch!For the price we paid this was a great experience. Lots of room in and out for the kids to spend energy. A Full Fridge and Stove/Oven and even a BBQ. There is lots of storage and even the bathroom was big. You can tell that they are slowly trying to improve the cottages. they are old and at some point where in need of TLC but the windows are all new, great furniture/appliances and even a couple of stand up fans to help circulate the hot air. We will be back again! And share our secret hideout with friends and family.

Less than ideal
Unit was in poor condition. We had mice running around in the unit as well as Carpenter ants. Bathroom was very small with low sloped ceiling. Bathtub area had vinyl flooring on the wall of the shower area. Old and tired decor.

Nice place. Very quiet and close to Cavendish. If it had air conditioning it would be perfect. Certainly I would stay again at Bubbling Brook Cottages.

Great place to stay in PEI
The place is well located for all the things we did in a week. Wendy was an excellent hostess for us, always attentive and asking if we needed some extra stuff just in case. The cottage was impecable, and very comfortable. Wendy at what point was worry that we are going to be cold and put a heater, but I think we used it just once on cloudy and rainy day, for the rest of the week the sun warmed up the cottage. We were very satisfied and great full with our experience with this place.

Spacious Cottages Close to Cavendish
I had bought tickets to go see a show in Charlottetown and wanted a cheap place for my boyfriend and I to stay. That is what led me to booking Bubbling Brooks Cottages. Boy, was I ever glad I did!! Although a little far from Charlottetown, the property had everything we needed! We stayed in Cottage Four, so we had sliding glass doors that led onto a patio (with a barbecue!!), we had a spacious living room, a kitchen fully stocked with utensils and pots for us to make our own food, and the bathrooms were fully stocked will shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, etc. It was a delightful experience. Peter and Wendy are so kind and checked on us twice to make sure our stay was going well. The cottages themselves are very clean and cozy and about 10 minutes away from a little food market, which was an added bonus!! We absolutely adored this cottage and I CANNOT wait to recommend them to anyone travelling to PEI. I will definitely book here again if I ever go back! It was wonderful!

Give this property a chance
The owners are very kind people and very nice as hosts. Unfortunately we arrived during a very cold period and the cottage was VERY cold as there were only portable heaters. The owners did their best to keep us comfortable. Parts of the cottage were not as clean as it could have been...I think that we were the first guests this season though. Beautiful area. We enjoyed this part if our trip despite the cottage temperature.

Well appointed cottages, out in the country, very close to Cavendish and Anne of Green Gables area. Really cozy cottages, with small but well set up kitchens so that we needed only to bring food with us. Quiet area with a children's playground on-site. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that our queen size bed (Cottage #8) had a mattress that was rather soft and lumpy for two larger people such as my husband and myself. Within a short driving distance of the sea, many sites, and many eateries and lobster pounds. Excellent value for what they provide.

As a senior couple we found the place very nice and quiet. Loved the fact that we could see and hear the birds and small animals. The owner was very pleasant and wanted our stay to be pleasant and comfortable.Although the cabin is a bit dated on the outside, we found it charming and welcoming.The grounds and cabin inside were very clean with everything you would need for your stay. The location is within 5 minutes of Cavendish and North Rustico and was very easy to locate. We would definitely go back to stay.

Country Cabins with many amenitites
We kept in touch with the owner about our arrival time - place is somewhat hard to find even with GPS - owner was very helpful with this and meet us upon arrival. It was low season and we and another party were their only guests (found that so many places are closed after Sept.on the island). The cabin we were in was very well equipped, large enough to suit 6 people, enjoyed the setting and country appeal and was located nicely for touring around the island. The owners are very friendly as well as everyone on PEI - would return again with a group - all the amenities you could need are here for an extended stay

Old cottages close to Cavendish
Spacious but quite old cottages very close to Cavendish. It felt like a trip back to 80's with all that old furniture, old blinds, old floors. Owners were great, they called me in advance to provide directions (GPS not very accurate in PEI). Look for Highway 13 and then turn left on Toronto street that is after Houston Road.

nice clean cottages
The owners, Wendy and her husband, were very friendly. The night we arrived they made sure that we found a great restaurant for dinner as a lot of places were closed. The cottage was very nice with comfortable beds. My only criticism would be the low pressure in the shower. I would certainly stay there again.

Great location near Cavendish
Very Spacious cabins near Cavendish. Clean and neat inside with all the amenities that one would need when travelling. Beds were comfortable and a lot of sitting in living areas. Large flatscreen t.v. with bluray player and a good selection of blurays if you or your kids wake up early. The hosts were very nice and showed us some good places to eat. Laundry on site was a nice touch. They even offered us coffee and scrambled eggs in the morning, sadly for us, we had already eaten breakfast. Would stay again!

Quaint Cottage
Caretaker of the cottage was very nice. Called to make sure we had good directions to get there. The cottage was older, quite cute and clean. We spent 2 nights there as it was close to everything we wanted to see. They even had a BBQ on the deck if you wanted to cook outside.
