Thank you for taking the time to review us. Having check out both problems you bri=ought to our attention, the leak was not the sink. It was due to the shower curtain not being placed inside the claw foot tub. It has happened before bot not the norm. The 4 frying pans are not rusty at all. The do get replaced when needed. One did seem to not have been scrubbed totally clean. For that I apologize. Hard to catch everything sometimes. It has been taken care of. Thank you,

Thank you for your review. Our sites all show and say that 2 of our 3 cottages have the bedroom & bathroom is upstairs. I would hope folks who have trouble on stairs would not book those book cottages.

Penelope and her husband were a problem from the moment they arrived. The review they give is done out of not being given a refund when they decided to leave early due to their own personal reasons. We would not welcome them back.

WIFI works just fine We do not have fiber optic in our area. New towels are added in each year. Many cottages ask for the trash to be taken out. Usually there is a lg, dumpster. Please keep in mind it's a cottage not a hotel room.

I am just now responding to this negative review because it really hurt my feelings. It seems Mr. Greg and his terrified of dogs wife felt the need to give us a bad review after they did not get a refund for the 3rd night they had booked. He said their plans had changed and they would only need 2 nights. He seemed surprised when we did not offer him a refund. Everybody knows there are cancellation policies in place to protect hosts in case of no shows etc. He then told me his sister would be staying in the cottage the 3rd night. I gave it a quick clean fresh towels, left the fan and light on. No one ever showed up. He took the key and we had to phone him to get it mailed back. I agree it was his own fault that they were not happy. Don't book a country cottage on a hobby farm where all the animal pictures are posted if you don't like to see animals. The manure odor in the air is not from our place. PEI is a farming community it comes with the territory. He neglected to mention how many "real" flowers are on the property 3 flower boxes on the Country Garden cottage alone. The cheesy silk flowers he pointed out are in one box that tends to burn in the direct sunlight where it is. There are many well tended flower and veggie gardens on our property. The view of the very cute chicken coop houses my 8 heritage laying hens. It is kept very clean. He neglected to mention also the view of the beautiful fields of hay and canola that are a relaxing pleasure to look at and our beautiful Palomino horse. We offered an outside lobster boiling pot for their use. If everyone cooked lobster in the small cottages it surly would not be pleasant for the next guests. Eveyone one else has very much enjoyed cooking in the big pot on the deck. I could go on and on but I will end with this. Mr. Greg you said it correctly when you said it was your fault. I suggest you stay

We are happy to let you know that we have upgraded all of our refrigerators to larger ones. Brand new! Also this spring 2018 all 3 cottage have new pullout sofa beds, with deluxe gel mattresses.

We do have new towels. I try to take out worn ones when needed. We take pride in all areas of the cottages.
