I never complaint usually. But i was frustrated.
1. The parking. On Expedia's web site it says the parking was available. Upon arrival, the hôtel parking has a sign to pay the parking on line,which I did $30. At check-in, they say the parking is free. But since I booked via Expedia, they couldn't refund the parking.
2. Room was on fifth floor but elevator stops at 4th.
3. A strong cigarette smell in the room.
4. It was approx 22 degree outside but since its end of September, they stopped the air condition and started to heat.
I asked to cancel the room, but i had to do it via Expedia and did not had the energy to fight.
