I prepaid this stay through Hotels.com for my college daughter on her way to study marine bio on South Caicos. When she arrived, they asked for a credit card for incidentals. A few days later, she saw a charge for the entire stay on her credit card. Months later, and countless phone calls and emails to the property, to Hotels.com and to Best Western corporate, we have never been reimbursed. The hotel rarely answers the phone, and have never been helpful. We were told numerous times by the property that a refund had been issued - a lie. Both Hotels.com and Best Western say it’s the property’s responsibility and they can’t do anything. The Lodgings is dishonest and will not communicate with you.
