Hi Gerald,Good day. We apologize, ad regret your experience. We would love to hear more about your experience, so we can address the issue. Unfortunately, of our 35 rooms, two (2) are like that, and some guests, specifically, request same. From what I noted, that is the room you booked on the online portal that you booked through, and, as we were fully booked on the day of your arrival, we did not have the option to do a room change. However, you were given the option of an upgrade for your second night, but you declined the offer.Again, we do apologize .

ADDITIONAL BOTTLES OF WATER ARE COMPLIMENTARY FOR ARRIVALS ONLY. WATER IS AVAILABLE AT THE RESTAURANT AND THE VEND MACHINES. WE HAVE ALREADY ADDRESSED THE ISSUE WITH THE TEA, WITH THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF. THIS IS AN OVERSIGHT ON THEIR PART, AND WE DO APOLOGIZE.2. Our check in was smooth but the lady in front of us, they couldn’t find the key for her room. SHE WAS CHECKING IN FOR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PROPERTY. WE WERE NOT AWARE THAT THIS IMPACTED YOUR CHECKIN PROCESS, AND WE DO APOLOGIZE FOR THAT.3.Another guy came in because the room they gave him was already occupied. WE ARE NOT AWARE OF THIS. MUCH SEEM TO HAVE HAPPENED DURING YOUR SMOOTH CHECKIN PROCESS. AGAIN, WE APOLOGIZE.4. Asked for a ride to the airport when we checked out and were told we’d have to pay 5 each or wait for an hour. We walked instead. CLEARLY STATED, OUR COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE TIMES. WE ARE A SMALL HOTEL, WITH A SMALL STAFF.5. There was nothing and I mean nothing around at all. We took a cab to go where we wanted because nothing was within walking distance. THIS IS AIRPORT HOTEL; WE OFFER A COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE TO GRACE BAY AT 12:00 , AND PICK-UP AT 6:006. Also, every morning someone started hammering at about 8am right above us. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONSTRUCTION GOING ON. HAD YOU SPOKEN TO THE FRONT DESK ON THIS ISSUE, WE COULD HAVE INVESTIGATED.7. The one good thing is that the property is very clean and well maintained. The food at the restaurant was very good as well. THANK YOU. HOPE TO HOST YOU AGAIN

Hi Josh,Thanks for your review and for your stay. Had we known of the issue you were having with the A/C, we could have addressed it. The hot tub works open a timer, and you would have had to turn it on, as indicated by the large sign posted on the wall. Hope to see you again.

We do understand your frustration, but as you were made aware, the issue was not with our system, it was with the EXPEDIA VIRTUAL CARD. There was nothing that we could have done, until this glitch in THEIR system cleared. Hope to see you again.

1. Front desk personnel were missing several times during the day. WE ARE A SMALL HOTEL, WITH A SMALL STAFF. FROM TIME TO TIME, THE FRONT DESK AGENT MAY NEED TO GET TO GET UP TO ATTEND TO A GUEST'S NEED. 2. Room is in poor condition. IT WOULD BEEN HELPFUL TO HEAR YOUR CONCERNS WHILE YOU WERE HERE, SO WE COULD HAVE ADDRESSED. HOWEVER, WE WILL LOOK INTO THESE ISSUES.3. The A/C only works if you leave lights on so at nights it was very hot.THIS IS QUITE ODD, AND SEEMS A BIT FAR FETCHED.4. Shuttle service only exists if they want to. PLEASE SEE THE TIMES POSTED AT THE FRONT DESK. Hope to host you again.

We do apologize for any inconvenienced caused. Within minutes of you complaining of the smoke, you were transferred to another room, and the A/C was turned on, as we realized you had not done so. We do look forward to hosting you again
