En general bien
Es un hotel sencillo, no tiene instalaciones nuevas pero es limpio, suficiente para pasar una noche, su personal es atento pero le falta calidez. El hotel es céntrico y rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. Recalcó que el hotel cuida la limpieza de sus habitaciones.

Hotel 3 esstrellas cerca de puebla
Es un hotel economico pero muy bonito, con excelentes condiciones, y un buen personal, basta con llamar a recepcion y lo tienes, ademas sus intalaciones son buenas cuentan con mesa de tennis un mini golf para disfrutar con los peques y un gimnasio para los que disfrutan hacer ejercicio

Disappointing
The toilet did not work. They came to fix it but it broke the next time we used it. We asked for them to return, but they never did! The hotel has a laundry room, and in the middle was washing clothes a pipe started spewing water onto the electric appliances. Someone could have been electrocuted. The management just doesn't seem to care about building a return business clientele, and I don't care to ever return to this hotel. I'd rather sleep at the bus station than stay here again.

A nice "no frills" hotel with great location
The other reviews were right---for what I paid, it was a good hotel---very clean, great location, large room. "No frills" is a correct description, but the free breakfast was okay, and I appreciated the safe in the reception area and the ability to leave my bag after I checked out. As far as I could tell, the tap water wasn't purified and they didn't offer bottled water, but no big deal to buy some nearby. Staff seemed indifferent, but helpful when asked. I appreciated being given coffee for the coffeemaker on my second day, but it wasn't there on my first. Might stay there again on my next visit to Puebla.

Comfortable and funky
I love His hotel. It is funky, and old and comfortable. The room was huge, the tap water is filtered, and it is within walking distance of everywhere. The continental breakfast was good, wih plentiful fresh fruit. Mavoid week ends though, the place is packed with tour buses, and a mad house

Hotel in historic city center
Stay here one night. Hotel staff was excellent, reception young lady very nice, professional and helpful. Left the next morning and forgot a new North face jacket in the room. Winter in Puebla so it is very cold. Called to return for my jacket and was told the cleaning staff said there'd was no jacket! It was a cheap hotel that cost me an expensive jacket! Do not recommend staying in a hotel where you cannot trust the room cleaning staff. You get what you pay for.

Ubicación perfecta, sin estacionamiento
La ubicación es ideal para estar cerca del centro, zoocalo, mercado, pero el hotel tiene un estacionamiento limitado, por lo que es mejor llegar en taxi para evitar problemas, la cocina, no muy buena, solo cumple.

Hotel aogedor en el centro de la ciudad
Excelente hotel, ubicado justo en el centro de la ciudad de Puebla, a tres cuadras o menos de todas las atracciones históricas, silencioso y acogedor, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Nos encantó la cortesía en el desayuno y la cena.

En el centro historico cercano a sitios historicos para visitar a pie. Con muchas opciones de restaurantes. Algo de ruido en las habitaciones proveniente de habitaciones cercanas.

Hotel cómodo en el Centro Histórico.
Fueron 5 noches inolvidables, la pasaron muy bien mi hijo y mi nuera. El personal que los atendió fue muy amable, la habitación y el baño estaban impecables, los desayunos fueron completos y variados, deliciosa la comida. Es un hotel muy céntrico.

Mi experiencia
El hotel esta comodo, las habitaciones amplias, para una o dos noches lo recomiendo ampliamente... El único problema es que el estacionamiento es muy pequeño, si sacas tu vehículo no te aseguran un lugar para dejarlo en la noche por lo que me parece que deberían de aclarar esa situación a la hora de ofrecer el servicio de estacionamiento y vallet parking

En la habitación 126 que me dieron el colchón es muy duro, la ventana que esta en la puerta no cierra por completo y entra frió, la luz de afuera lastima cuando uno duerme

Awesome Location at a great price
Puebla is a beautiful city. The hotel's excellent location made it possible to walk to major sightseeing locations. We were also two blocks away from El Zocalo, where tour companies were available for other tours. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, but their restaurant personnel and bell boy provided excellent service.
