Cons: Brought by girlfriend down to visit her family. Got in late and went to check in front desk would not accept card for incidentals because girlfriends ID was local. Made us leave and go get cash. Walls are thin and heard the neighbors fighting all night. Gall ways were also load. Maintenance has not been kept up at this property. I went here because of the price. My advice spend a little more and stay somewhere else. Not a place to bring friends or families. Pro: Clean bathrooms Comfortable beds Am staff was very friendly and allowed a 30 minute extension for checknout for free

Staff from check in to check out was rude as can be the rooms weren’t that clean breakfast was trash the pool isn’t even open and they robbed me of my 100$ deposit because hotels messed up on the number of people so do not stay here save the money because they’ll rob you and you’ll end up paying double the cost of a hotel with nothing to offer and deal with terrible service

The two out out of four people that worked at the front counter that helped were the absolute worst. So rude! And didn’t explain anything to me. And when I asked my questions, she talked to me like I was stupid like I’ve been there before. Even told me that I should just leave without a refund if I don’t like the way she was talking to me. I have traveled for a long time and this was for sure the worst experience I have ever encountered.

Paying Cockroach?
Horrible customer service I showed up extremely tired from driving all day at 11PM. Just wanted to get my room and crash. I walk in the lobby and the mask wearing front desk agent completely ignores me until I tell I'm here to check in. He runs my card says declined, drops it back in the slot then goes back to ignoring me as if I'm just going to go away. Turns out my bank had just put the money in wrong account, but getting treated like an annoying cockroach as a paying customer left a bad impression, his propensity to glare at me every time I walked through the lobby didn't improve my opinion of the establishment either. I will be avoiding Super8 by Wyndham in the future, and go infest some other hotel where they won't see me as an infestation in the first place.

It was horrible. No hot water & the shower didn’t work at all. Wasn’t very clean, half of what was advertised was not available due to “renovation” but this wasn’t communicated to us upon making reservation.

Stay was nice and overall great. Still some construction going on Pool and hot tub were closed and did like the deposit if your phone number starts with (719) area code. Both Front desk ladies were super helpful and great to work with.

Lobby smelled like moth balls,which was very unpleasant and they offered breakfast which was to be serve in the lobby imagine eating the food that was offered with that horrific smell um no thanks not for me yuk

Disappointed and would not recommend
Very disappointed with this experience. We did not stay as planned. The pool is closed due to renunciations which is not public knowledge when deciding to book. The hotel itself feels unsafe.

I would suggest you to go stay at a Marriott property. We're trying our best to renovate the property. The pool and spa is mentioned on all the websites that it is under renovation. Along with breakfast is grab and go.
