A mi esposo y a mi nos encanto el Hotel, la comodidad; nuestra habitacion estaba muy bonita y amplia y que decir del baño!! El personal muy amable y servicial en todo momento. Salimos mas tarde del check out y nos permitieron quedar hasta la salida del vuelo, ademaa de que tuvimos cancelacion del vuelo y nos ayudaron a conseguir otro lugar donde hospedarnos por una noche mas, aunque nos hubiera encantado quedarnos ahi...si regresamos en otra ocasion, sin dudarlo nos hospedariamos de nuevo en el Hotel, lo recomendaria sin pensarlo 10/10

A home away from home. The property is authentic and beautiful. You can tell they put their heart and soul into it. The property looks like a botanical garden with a pool in the middle. The staff are courteous and professional. The rooms have all the amenities you need. Plus it’s a short walk to many amazing restaurants and swimmable beaches. I would ONLY stay here if I came back. It’s perfection.

Property was an oasis in the neighborhood, a true artisan touch to the plants, shrubs and green areas around the property. The suite room was exceptional with a complete high quality kitchen with all supplies and equipment. Internet TV with great reception. Exceptional 5 Star service and hospitality.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The suite, located on the second floor, was beautiful and spacious. The neighboring guests were quiet and it was extremely quiet on the property and surrounding area at night. The only things I did not like, was housekeeping came into my room even though I had the sign on the door knob stating do not disturb. The other thing was, the small cockroach I found under my pillow on my last night, and the spider in my bed the day of packing, both of which were disposed of.

Gorgeous!
Waw! What a gorgeous place! Can't say enough how beautiful it is! The people were very nice and there was purified water. We had a great time hear, it was hard to leave.

Tipo Casa con un Jardin increible, personal muy amable. Nos permitieron llegar 5 horas temprano y usar las instalaciones haste 6 horas despues del check'out debido a nuestro vuelo. No hace falta restaurent, caminando hay muy buenos restaurants. 100% recomandable. Alberquita redeada de naturaleza.

Un hotel muy tranquilo, habitaciones amplias, la alberca muy grande y el internet a gran velocidad. No tiene restaurante, pero no hay problema ya que hay muchas opciones para comer afuera, además la playa esta super cerca. Si buscas descanso y paz es una excelente opción. Sin lugar a dudas me vuelvo a hospedar aquí en mi proxima visita.

This property is a gem. I had the best sleeps in months. Staff is caring and cares for the property. It looks BETTER in person than in the pics which says a lot because the pics are great. Nice strip of restaurants close by and quick walk down to the beach. GO!

Me encantó. Mucho mejor que hoteles más caros y publicitados. Habitaciones grandes, cómodas y ¡bonitas! La alberca fue casi solo para nosotros y en temporada alta. Un hotel tranquilo de preferencia para parejas, porque no hay amenidades para niños. Lo único que no tiene es un restaurante o mínimo una cafetería. Pero a unas calles está El Cafecito que cierra a las 11 de la noche y abre a las 7. ¡Volveré!

Luis, the hotel Manager was very helpful and easy to reach. The location of the hotel is nice and quiet but also walkable to restaurants and shops and the beaches. It's a beautiful property!

I really enjoyed my stay. I was looking for more rest and relaxation than party. The hotel is away from the party zone but near nice beaches, so it was an oasis really. All the nightlife and attractions are a cheap taxi ride away. The area near the hotel is primarily residential.

The property is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the Rinconada area of Puerto Escondido. Rooms are beautifully decorated. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. The entire facility and grounds are very well maintained and clean. Staff are friendly and hard working. There is always a manager or owner available to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of this lovely hotel.

Very beautiful and peaceful. Great if you want to avoid big tourist crowds. The staff were also very nice. There is a yoga studio and an amazing breakfast place right next to the hotel. Stores and restaurants are a few minutes away. Beaches are close by. Perfect place to stay!

Great stay in Puerto Escondido
La Hacienda is a beautiful small hotel in the Rinconada area of PE. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool is a godsend in the hot and humid weather, and the staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. I had a room with no A/C but there was a good fan, and I had a private little garden/patio area. The room was bright, clean and really nicely designed. It was an easy walk to restaurants or a couple of beaches (including ones where you can actually swim). I have nothing bad to say about my stay there and would very happily come back!

Horrible stay
This hotel ruined our Puerto Escondido stay. The hotel is currently under construction, something they don’t tell you about when doing reservations, and there are non stop very loud construction noises from 8am to 6pm. Also, after we scheduled the reservation we noticed the room didn’t have a/c so we wrote to the hotel via hotels.com and asked if they had a room as the one that we booked but with a/c. They responded that they had and said they could made the change for us if we paid an additional fee. We agreed to the fee and asked if the room was the same type of room as the one that we reserved and the replied that it was the same but with a/c. When we arrived to the hotel we were very surprised because the room was not only not the same room we reserved (we requested a room with a queen bed and we got a room with two separate full beds and very ugly and outdated, nothing like the pictures) but the manager seemed surprised that we had a problem with the room and couldn’t offer any solution besides canceling our reservation. We were a couple but had other friends staying at the hotel so we decided to stay even though we really disliked the place. Also wifi is terrible and for half of our stay we where complaining of a gas smell near some of the rooms, they finally fixed but not with the urgency you would expect given the seriousness of the issue.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Toller Garten und Poolanlage und es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The owner was really nice and stayed up for us to check in late. The bed is comfortable and the shower works well which is not always the case in Mexico. The area is great for walking around and easy to catch a taxi to get to other farther areas. The hotel is also a quick 6 minute taxi ride to the airport and the owner is happy to arrange a taxi to pick you up at any time (5am for us). I would definitely stay again when I come back. If I have to think of something to improve the only thing I wish they had was screens for the windows, but that is all. This property is gorgeous.

Incredible space
My partner and I stayed at La Hacienda for 9 days in July. The place is a lush oasis with many tropical plants and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are helpful and friendly and kept the accomodation clean and welcoming. Luis is an exceptional hotel manager, always willing to help and engage with guests, and share his insights into Puerto Escondido. He helped us book a few tours and recommended several places to enjoy. We appreciate his hard work and recommendations. There is construction going on at the moment on the property so it can be a bit loud at times but never disrupts sleeping. The water pressure our shower was not consistent but was enough to get you clean. While there is no food available on sight, there are a variety of restaurants mere blocks away. There is a tasty place, Chill a Kill, just a few meters from La Hacienda. You can, however, get drinks in the reception area. Overall, Suites La Hacienda is a tranquil, clean space that will add to your vacation in Puerto Escondido. Thanks to the staff there for a wonderful time!

Great location, close to the Rinconada. Extremely friendly staff. Small minibar at the front desk was a great touch. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
