Un hotel que se le puede dar 2 estrellas como mucho. El servicio de muy mala calidad, la gastronomía no sirve. Poca variedad y mala. Las habitaciones peores, camas pequeñas y el aire prende y apaga de noche. No dormí del calor. Entraron y nos llevaron las toallas, tuvimos que salir a buscar una mucama porque nos queríamos bañar y no teníamos con que secarnos. Para usar las toallas después del chek out hay que dejar garantía económica o material. El personal es totalmente odioso, el cliente tiene la razón para ellos no existe. Les recomiendo cualquier hotel menos este. Mejor irse a Punta Cana, si no se pueden ir, Senator es una buena opción.

The people at the front desk was very attentive and nice. However, the room I was in, the toilet wasn’t flushing and the bathtub wasn’t draining. The lifesaver by the pool was really annoying and had a nasty attitude because they wouldn’t allow kids at the big pool even if they are with their parents. The previous day we were in the pool and the lifeguard didn’t say anything cause according to him the pool was empty so there was no need for the kids to come out. This just shows negligence and I was very disappointed. Also, the food was not great and it was hard to find something that I really liked.

A lot of the staff were friendly a lot of them were also not. There is no room service. Very strict rules to make reservations for dining. Only 1 hr in the morning. Everything else is Buffett

Everything you need is right there on property. You are also within walking distance to other shops and great restaurants. The food is not the greatest but im very picky. You can get a cab also from there. And they have a shuttle to the airport. Beautiful beach. I would not recommend walking around town at night.The staff was wonderful. Maid services were also wonderful. Very nice people and very fun nightlife. We made so many friends. The downside was a leaky sink that no one fixed. But we dealt with it because we only slept in the room for the most part. Also they would not convert our money to peso. They have a very nice gift shop. They have nightly shows for intertainment and interaction with the guest. Bottom line I recommend this hotel for a nice get away....

Casa Marina Beach & Reef was convenient. The place is huge - has incredible views!! The front desk and the house keeper Monserrat were the best bet all around. I lead with this cause it was disappointing to witness how we were treated by everyone else. It was a girls trip and apparently Sosúa is not the place to go for women. Due to the high volume of men seeking play time with the ladies. We assumed that’s why we witnessed such horrible service from the women. I stayed for 7 days. The amount of times I watched women over serve the men and treat my group like we were invisible was disheartening. There was one male serve who actually went above and beyond for us. His name was Martin. If you meet him that’s your guy. We made sure he served us each time. The food is a hit or miss. I noticed 2/27 the food at buffet was the most exceptional. I think they change the chef pretty often or something. The Wi-Fi only works in the common areas The club opens only 2 hours The alcohol was okay starting to think resort alcohol watered down. The convenient store was a gem! The shows were nice I wish they were more clear and direct about the activities available through out the day like the bachata classes. That could have helped us plan accordingly. If the band is placed too tight in your wrist - remove it yourself and return with it in hand because they won’t help you otherwise. The gym was cool I may return just for the views.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful in general. However, there were broken things around, the towels kiosk closed two hours before the pool did, and the food was was subpar. This hotel has a lot of potential with better food and more staff. It's beautiful but it could be wonderful place.

Food was great. The entertainment staff were friendly and really made us feel welcome. The evening shows were fun and entertaining. The actual property was very nice however the rooms were very tired and run down. Cockroaches were found periodically in our room. Limited amount of room keys per room was very inconvenient. Daily cleaning staff were pleasant and feel they did a good job. A few of our rooms had little to no running water and hence had to share with others for showering. There was no drinking water available and had to request extra bottles daily. The food was excellent. The manager Felix did a good job helping us when one of our family member was injured. The facility only had 1 operating wheelchair and was very difficult to have the medical staff support our needs. Location and views of the coast were magnificent. Maintenance was definitely required in many areas of the hotel.

The place was not worth 250.00 a night. Water get turned off every morning. You are not able to shower or flush the toilet. No blanket for the beds, no wash cloth. No workable safe to lock up valuables.

Club closed at 12:55 am and you couldn't get a drink after that. There's times when every restaurant is closed and you cannot eat. Your fridge is not stocked with beer or drinks they don't seem to care much, entertainment did not exist except for some guys hired by the pool to flirt with the ugly women. Not great at all I used to stay here back in the day was much better

Estimada Ante todo agradecerle que se hayan tomado unos minutos para realizar su crítica. Nos hubiera encantado que hubiesen comunicado sus problemas con el servicio, durante su estancia. Para así haber intentado subsanarlo de inmediato. De todos modos y de muy buen agrado tomamos nota de sus palabras para mejorar las cosas de las cuales no quedaron satisfechos al cien por cien. The ceilings in our rooms leaked terribly.. 1 key per room Couldn't get swimming towels till after 11am Hallways were full of water No chairs available on weekends around any pools Poor service at all bars...need more bartenders!! Lack of staff... Need more of a variety of food... This place used to be great..years ago..
