Nice spot .
Was a great little place. Stayed in a hut. Only a bed with bathroom, shower just steps from our hut. Only downfall was the hotel on one side started playing music at 9:00 or so and when they stopped the spot on the other side of us started to play music till 2-3 am. I would recommend if you where to stay there to try staying in the hotel itself and not a hut. Staff was very friendly.

Original et près de la plage
Hébergement dans des bungalows sur pilotis avec la salle de bain à côté, plutôt original. Le complexe donne directement sur la mer et la plage est agréable, il faut attendre la marée haute par contre. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable, l'établissement dispose d'une navette pour l'aéroport. Points négatifs : éloigné du centre ville, il faut appeler un chauffeur de tricycle, le petit-déjeuner est très sommaire avec seulement un plat et du café, très faible pression d'eau dans les robinets, le wifi est disponible uniquement aux alentours du restaurant.

I have to cancel the rest of the reservation. I only stayed for the 1st night. The nipa hut bedroom is very small & the bedroom is a few steps down & out the hut. No mirror in the bedroom. I am a senior & need the bathroom often during the night. I have a vacation waiver, I need a refund for the 4 nights I didn’t stay and cancelled.

First of all the picture on the ad isn’t the real place, no sea until 5pm not sand just mud impossible to walk into the water (if any) bad housekeeping service. Breakfast only Philippino food ! I had to ask for a pest control and I got a scabies too !

The accommodations are individual huts, simple, but ok, they do have a fan and a.c. in the hut. The bathroom is just o.k... when you consider the location, it's not bad, better than some other places we've stayed at. The staff is very accommodating. Overall, worth the price

The picture shown on their website is completely different from what we saw and experienced. The front desk staff are very friendly, approachable and will do everything you request within reason, without them I would rate this property quite low. The lack of staff also made a big difference in our experience as the restaurant and bar area was shut, therefore, we had to go to Blue Palawan Resort which is just next door. The room allocated to us was good, it was next to the pool, bar and restaurant but we weren't able to use these facilities due to lack of staff. Breakfast experience was really good. The staff who manned this area are really friendly and nice. Our last day breakfast was excellent. We requested to be moved to another room because of the constant thumping noise coming from the neighbouring resort, through no fault of the hotel but they accommodated our request.

I realy don't want to come again this hotel. The beach is dirty with lot of seaweed, and the water depth is shallow (20~30cm) so swimming is absolutely impossible. the tide and low tide too much so that only the horizon can see when water is low tide. Poor cleanliness is not good so water is dirty. Breakfast Served only toasted eggs or couple of Filipino foods. No any vegetables. The facilities were closed because there were no guests so for lunch and dinner take go to another outside the restaurant. I thought it would be nice because it was a beachfront hotel, but it was a dream. I was booked a bungalow without knowing it at first, and then went to bad overnight after changing bcoz of the crazy mosquito. If you are planning to travel to Palawan, you should spend a little more money and choose your location carefully. And if you are late for check out, you will pay 300 pesos per hour. I was stayed 3night 4days.

Vi ble veldig skuffet. Stranden kan ikke brukes da det var gjørmestrand. Bildene på nettet stemmer ikke overens med Resorten. Mengder med mygg på rommene. Hyttene som vi skulle leie var var minimale og helt uegnet for vår familie. Vi avsluttet oppholdet før tiden. Anbefales ikke.

The Beach was very shallow and yiy could not swim there. The pool was very cloudy and dirty. Breakfast was ok. Poor wifi. They had a bar/Restaurant but it was always closed without straff to ask. Sorry but i would not recomend this. We first tried The hut wich was dirty. Small black things droppe down The ceiling. The door could not be closed so prepare for mosquito.

This property was off the 'beaten path and well worth it'. It is located in Puerta Princessa proper but just far away from the noise of the city to make it an Oasis. It is well maintained, and comfortable. We stayed in the Family Room which was quite primitive, but comfortable for my family of 4. The staff was AMAZING, the absolute friendliest folks that you could ever meet. They were always around to help with anything that we needed and gave top service with warm smiles. The restaurant had pretty good food that did not make us feel like we were bring robbed. I would recommend to the management to take a more proactive approach to mitigating the infestation of mosquitoes.

Staff were.friendly. kayaks and paddleboard great fun but only in morning due to tide. Swimming pool went green at one point but promptly cleaned and sorted. Helpful organising tours tricycles etc. Food at restaurant limited and many items on menu not available. Breakfast ok but not amazing. Little fruit or veg available. We got at a market stand

the things that I can comment is that the beach front is not well maintained and lots of seaweeds and other trash are wash up. staff are very friendly but does not disclose some of the activities that you can do when you arrived early. (for us we arrived early at 9:00 AM and an ADDITIONAL FEE would be collected if you want to check in earlier than the standard check in time of 2pm) P.S. you can do city tour half day and honda bay half day also if you arrived early. the staff failed to suggest these activities to us. the property is good for relaxation but the swimming pool is not usable.

la ubicacion bien , el personal muy agradable !! y disponen de varias excursiones muy bonitas y divertidas ..una maravilla ! ... la habitacion bonita y confortable .. la limpieza fatal cada dia pediamos limpiar la habitacion y solo hacian la cama, pelos por el suelo desde el dia q llegamos y las mesas con el polvo q soltaba el aire acondicionado . Pero en general el hotel bastante bien.

L’h Est en face de la mer, selon la marée, la mer ne se trouve pas très loin. C’est un hôtel pour se relancer et non pour la baignade... la plage n’est pas très belle... Pour le bungalow, il y a une climatisation mais elle est bruyante... la sarde bain est privatif mais se trouve à 2m du bungalow. A part ça, le personnel est serviable... Pour la situation de l’hôtel, il n’y pas grand chose aux alentours... tous se fait par tuctuc moto.

The property was oceanside and had great staff that went above and beyond to accommodate needs. The older part of the facility needs maintenance and updating in some rooms. The place was clean.

Hotel organised transfers from the airport for free. Wifi intermittent and not available everywhere in the hotel. Absolutely adore the staff.. all very happy and wanted to help me find fun things to do. Away from the city and traffic. I recommend using tricycles or hiring a scooter to get around. Has a pool, that seemed to deteriorate after 4 days.. no, you can’t blame me, I swamat the beach. 😏 I booked for 4 nights but stayed a week.

Rooms were clean. Front desk was accommodating. Kitchen was very slow and food was below average, beach was dirty and staff didn’t bother to clean. The tour agency that they tied-up with was not so professional in terms of schedule and pick-up/drop off time. The firefly watching was not worth it.

The staff is friendly, courteous and fast with all the services. I stayed in a Nipon Hut that had AC & a fan to keep cool during the hot days indoors. They cook a tasty breakfast, lunch & dinner that can be eaten anywhere on the property including the treehouse. They booked my tours, did my laundry, made sure that a had a driver to take me anywhere I wanted to go without over charging me. They have to number for you to get a scooter delivered to you right at the resort and pick it up when your done with it. I took one of the glass bottom canoes out and went paddling all around the Mangrove trees and watched the young boys fishing with nets and hand held spears. I highly recommend the place if your looking to get away to a quite peaceful place away from the crowds and noise.

Stay away
This is the first time ever I advise people to stay away from a resort. Why? They forgot us at the airport (after confirming the day before that they will pick us up) - we waited an hour and had to call them. They wanted to give us a inferior room to what we booked because there was already someone in the room we booked. We had to ask for toilet paper and soap. We waited an hour and a half for dinner - and the staff seemed flustered trying to organise everyone's dinner. We booked massages - they forgot to tell the masseuses - so we had to wait 45 minutes for them to come. We hardly had water pressure in the shower and we had intermittent hot water - so consider it a cold shower. It is definitely not worth the money you spend to stay there because they are not cheap.

A decent hotel
We stayed in one of the Nipa huts in the hotel. The space inside the hut is quite small, and there is barely room left to move. But the concept of the Nipa hut is nice overall. The huts are not located on a beach really, it's on a sandy playground where there are run-down volleyball nets. The beach on the hotel premises is in fact not great at all, it has mangroves and their sharp roots, and that makes the beach look kind of ugly during low tides. You can see the waves of the sea really in the distance and know that is where the actual sea begins. The hotel has a pool though. The real good thing about the property is the treehouse, you can spend a great time there. Overall, it is a value-for-money property,which seems to host a lot of company outings type events. It could do much better with some facelift.

Great Staff, Nipa hut living is totally for me!
Our stay at The Palawan Seaview Resort was met with 5 star customer service. An incredible staff whose customer service was incredible, diligent and hard working, kind and has wonderful suggestions. In fact we were recommended a surf teacher in El Nino for the next leg of our trip and met him and found what felt like a private beach just for us all thanks to Anton and the wonderful staff. We stayed in one of the quaint Nipa huts which was perfect for us, the resort was clean and safe and I can confidently say we will be back.

Most peaceful surroundings
This hotel is 1 of only 3 hotels in Puerto Princesa with a beach front. It's always peaceful and quiet and the staff are very accommodating with our needs and requests. The free hot breakfast is a real treat every morning. There's also 24/7 security so we felt safe. Although there was no service in the rooms, the wifi in the public areas was very good! We would go back there for sure! ❤️❤️

Loved the view & sunset/sunrise although you couldn't swim in the water Found the restaraunt did not have ingredients for any cocktails or shakes that we tried to order When booking tours there was a lack of communication as to whether things were actually confirmed or not as they couldn't give us a yes or a no or a pick up time & had to kept asking staff over & over again. Be wary of the itinerary that they give you when booking tours as it isn't what you will do- pretty sure they just printed off any old itinerary. I'd recommend to book direct with an agent or your provider Overall good value for money for inclusions & location

接送服務（時間及地點）可經由E-MAIL確認，並不一定是要來回機場接送（我們是預定前一晚住宿飯店的門口，PM5：00，一樣準時來接送）。早餐在泳池畔用餐，菜色雖不多，但現點現做，無限量供應，用餐氣氛不錯。沙灘邊有停放單人及雙人獨木舟，可免費自由使用（建議10點左右使用，此時漲潮到岸邊，可減少搬運距離，但太陽較大）。我們是住竹屋，雖然比較小，但獨立一間，比較特別，房間內有冷氣及電扇，沒電視（應該也不需要），房間外陽台有電扇，晚上及早上坐在陽台上看海景及夜景很不錯。竹屋旁獨立淋浴間，可沖洗乾淨後再進屋，不會弄髒屋內。有電熱水器提供淋浴用熱水。有冷熱飲水供使用。可向櫃台借吹風機。離機場約12分鐘車程。但周遭用餐不方便（飯店有提供，但我們吃泡麵）。

Feels like home, very cozy place
Helpful staff, very clean, and affordable. Shuttle service... Very close to the robinsons mall and the airport. I would defenitely recommend to people that would stay in puerto prinsesa palawan

Great Service and Value = Memorable experience!
What sets this hotel apart is the degree to which the entire staff really take a genuine interest in their hotel guests, and worthy of mentioning is the manager Eric. The hotel is on a continuous pursuit to make their facilities better and better to make your stay a memorable experience. Most of all, there are also many room options that will accommodate all the different types of guest needs/wants both in amenities and pricing - ranging from the budget minded up to the luxury focused. All this at a very reasonable price. So, if you want a good hotel with a good service staff willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, then Palawan Seaview Resort is the place to be.
