The hotel staff were all really nice and accommodating. They'd suggest restaurants and places to try. All spoke English and Spanish so there was no problem communicating with them. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.
The parking availability is definitely a problem. The night I arrived, it was very late and I was traveling alone.
I finally had to park my car in a lot down the street. I had to walk at like 2:00 am by myself from the lot. When I went to retrieve it the next day, it cost me $50.00!! The first couple of days I was there, some people were yelling, swearing, fighting, and slamming doors. Occasionally in the middle of the night you'd hear a loud door slam. At times water pressure is low in the shower and then at times there's little hot water. The pool is pretty small. The maids often forgot to drop off new towels even after I requested them.
I wish they had real cream for the coffee in the morning, but you could always pick some up and keep in your refrigerator. I hate the powdered creamer.
Otherwise, we had a great week. The weather was good, not too hot, not too much rain. The staff were very nice!
