We had a really bad experience at Hilton this time around. Our neighbor was very noisy at nights with the TV, and we complained on 2nd night of our stay - supposedly the receptionist sent security to the neighbor and in spite of it I could hear the TV blaring until 12pm in the night at least... I have never had to turn on white noise on my phone ever in the past, and this was the first stay where we had to turn it on and still none of my wife and two young kids could sleep through this! The hotel never even offered to switch our rooms either. On the 3rd night, same thing happened and I complained and the TV kept blaring into the wee hours of the morning!! I asked the receptionist to also ensure the manager called me the next morning to discuss this situation and I never heard anything from the manager. I had to personally call the manager after the 4th night to get reparations for this ridiculous situation we were put in! The manager returned my call just before I was leaving the hotel and offered me a paltry 200$ as reparation, which was adding salt to the injury! I paid top-dollars for this room (400$ / night) and a paltry 200$ does nothing to make up for this fiasco! I plan to never stay in Hilton ever again!
