Right on the beach! Gorgeous location, literally had every store imaginable on the same block! Loved it!

The place was old. Small room. Everything in our bathroom is broken, towel rack, toilet, sink facet was wobbling, hot water take forever to get hot and when it does it don't last long. The area is noisy next to a bar. The only thing good about is walking distance to many shop and restaurant. No designated parking. If you park on the street around the hotel you are likeable to get a ticket.

Stayed one night in the double queen just off the lobby. For the price I cannot complain. Stone’s throw from the beach. Very loud night life and lobby speakers cranking music at 8 am after a 2am flight arrival wasn’t such a great wake up, especially when checkout is noon.

Did not like to pay 30 dollars 24 hour parking fee away from hotel. Had to walk to parking and back. Easy access to beach, shopping and restaurants.

El hotel es bien pequeño , tiene buena ubicacion pero super descuidado , las habitaciones pequeñitas y los muebles viejos , el baño super incomodo , antiguo y las ventanas no cierran bien , escuchas todo el ruido de la calle y el bar que tienes a un lado , no puedes dormir en la madrugada

The photos are deceiving the beds are old no view as described in my booking yea it was in expensive and I made the best of it! Lots of hazards the entry , the elevator open between floor almost fell twice does not stop even with floor, can be cleaner the televisions are outdated not smart tv etc… and the mattress liners looked like they need to be replaced stains etc… TG I had my blankets etc

The hotel is at the end of a popular street for beach access. All night we heard car horns, loud streets, people shouting. It never stopped. No one got sleep. The staff was nice, but I definitely do not recommend staying here not even if your on a tight budget.

TERRIBLE. Just terrible. Got to the room to shower and there were no wash rags. Requested wash rags at the front desk received with stains. Complained and they never came back to the room like they said they were going to with clean wash rags. Gross. Shower had soap scum all over it like it wasn't cleaned before we came. Pillow cases were also stained. Room floor was very slippery, so dangerous. Mold every where. Definitely wont be staying here again.Glad it was only one night

Con una amiga nos quedamos 1 semana, nunca nos cambiaron las sábanas ni hicieron limpieza en la habitación. Cuando fuimos a pedir, tampoco nos dieron. La ubicación es buena pero la propiedad es terrible. El costumer service es regular podría ser mucho mejor

Gentleman at front desk was helpful and friendly. I had phoned him to tell him my flight was delayed and not arriving until after 2am, and he was waiting there for me to assist me. The property is right on the beach, and near all the activity in Condado. The property itself is no frills, but just what I needed for that time, a place to crash until my family arrived the next day.

Conveniently located near restaurants and beach. Quirky and quaint hotel. Parking can be an issue, but we just walked a couple of blocks.

Hotel is in a nice area, close to the beach and close to a lot of dining, bars, and shopping options. Definitely more of a budget hotel in terms of condition of the property -- still a nice option to consider if you aren't looking for the 5-star experience

Please be aware of this property, the older man at the front desk charge my card twice for the $100 deposit, so he charged me $200 and when I showed him he said it not true even though my bank confirmed it was. He also never returned my drivers license and when fronted he got really aggressive. That’s not ok to do to people, I would have never noticed if it wasn’t because I checked my account.

Good afternoon, when he made c.in the rules of the hotel were explained to him, one of them is not to smoke in the rooms at the time of the c.out there was a strong smell of cigarettes and therefore the deposit was collected.

Old and dirty. Great location
The stuff is great and helpful. However the hotels itself is old , dirty , loud and just not nice at all. Windows are very old , allowing noise from outside. Bathrooms are old and dirty. Sheets on beds looked unwashed. Location is good though. Plenty of restaurants and bars around and beach is right next to. If you have a car there is no parking anywhere. Not even overnight paid parking. Only 4 spots on a street and hardly ever available

Location was near beach - room did not look as advertised . Small, cramped, dirty ….. 2 travelers , one set of towels- had to go to the desk every day to request new towels . Housekeeping never came , no clean sheets. Elevator out of service multiple times . No refrigerator in room - no phone There was no parking on the property for guests or around the hotel at all . The concierge made me feel like it was not his problem, and sent us over to another hotel where the cost was $8 per hour and we couldn’t leave it over night . Cost us a fortune for a private lot . Very disappointing- lots of potential for a great experience but never again

Property is not as described online, rooms were dirty, walls had stains on them, door locks were shady, it was very ran down, versus what the pictures show online. We had to leave the hotel and buck something else for an additional cost, I will be requesting a refund. Do not stay here

Après 17heures de vol j ai eu la mauvaise surprise qu il n y avait pas assez de chambre disponible et la réception me propose de me changer d hôtel!! Après avoir insisté on trouvé une solution. 100 dollars ont été bloqués sur ma carte en garantie (pas encore débloqué à ce jour) bref fuyez!!! Vraiment ça ne vaut pas le coup.
