Amapas was awesome it was in a great location to start your exploration of the Malecon or to explore the zona romantica incredibly safe and very private as well Lazlo was was awesome and informative. Would highly recommend this place if you are a urban explorer or a person who likes spending hours at the beach as it is in a great location

Very nice property. Well maintained. Very nice rooftop pool and sundeck. Pool is not for swimming just soaking. Staff is helpful although not always present. There is no elevator so pack light or bring a young person to help carry your bags. Only 4 floors though. I would stay here again, with lighter bags, in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed the apartment in Old Vallarta! Having a few domestic amenities (fridge, stove, microwave...and truly excellent air conditioning) made the two week vacation that much more relaxing. The only suggestion I have is for the small rooftop pool to be vacuumed more often. I regularly saw them testing and chlorinating the water, but it didn't get vacuumed often or the cloudy water exchanged. Thankfully, the beach was nearby!!

Nice spot near the beach
Great location, affordable rates. Wifi is very weak so don't depend on it if you plan on doing any distant work. Apartment has the basics but you'll still need to buy/ bring essentials. TV could only bring in six half decent channels, most in Spanish, so load up your laptop/ notebook with downloads. Friendly staff and the location is just steps from the beach and all of the bars and restaurants of Zona Romantico.

Well located to restaurants, bars, beach, shopping, small grocery, market, etc. Great terrace with good view and plenty of seats/umbrellas. Dipping pool was not always clean. Room, halls, lobby, bathrooms were spotless. Staff was friendly and very helpful, informative. Be sure to let them know your arrival time so that arrangements can be made for check in because front door is locked and there is no regular front desk. Excellent stay.

The staff are amazing. They are very helpful and kind. The location is excellent, walkable to everything. There are several small grocery stores nearby and a big supermarket about half an hour walk. Options for restaurants are great. It takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the water, aka ocean. Overall I enjoyed staying at this property.

Loved the fact that i had a key to the property to come and go as I please, if the keys were color coded it would have made picking the correct key much easier, the entrance key and the room key have exactly same appearance. The staff was great and location is perfect.

I would give this property 5 stars, but the misrepresentation of the “pool” was a complete disappointment. The rooftop pool is more of a pond… absolutely not suitable for swimming or even wading/relaxing in. The water was murky/questionable and is literally only one foot deep. If you desire a stay with a proper pool, this is not it. Other than that, the property was nice, fantastic location (beach access, shops/restaurants all around, & in the middle of the gayborhood), friendly staff, and beautiful view from the rooftop. Laszlo was wonderful and super hospitable during our stay. I will not be returning due to the total lack of pool area.

El condominio está precioso; tanto las áreas públicas como las habitaciones son súper bonitas. La ubicación es simplemente la mejor si quieres estar en el corazón de la Zona Romántica del centro de Puerto Vallarta y por consecuencia, las vistas desde los balcones de las habitaciones y la terraza son hermosas. El servicio de los anfitriones es excelente; super atentos y amables. El único inconveniente que encontré: el WiFi. Es realmente malo. Sólo medio funciona (es lentísimo) en el área de la habitación donde está la cama. Entonces, si quieres trabajar o poner música mientras estás en la sala/comedor (que sería lo lógico y no cuando estás acostado) es imposible. Yo estuve de vacaciones entonces realmente no representó un problema para mi, pero para alguien que desee hacer una videoconferencia de trabajo o ver una película en Netflix, va a ser un tema. Ojalá que hagan algo al respecto pronto porque es algo que se puede solucionar fácilmente con un router; no sé por qué no lo han hecho. Yo estuve en el apto. 1303 y al acojinado del sillón ya le hace falta un cambio, pero son detalles menores. Otra cosa importante es que el edificio NO tiene elevador. Son solo 3 pisos, pero para alguien con movilidad reducida, es importante que sepa que si o si hay que subir y bajar escaleras para llegar a tu apartamento y/o a la terraza donde está la piscina.

First time staying at this property and in the Zona Romántica neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta. We were greeted by the host manager, who explained everything we needed to know very clearly. They were waiting for us upon our arrival. The room was better than expected, given the price point. It was extremely close to plenty of locations That we were interested in visiting and easily accessible by Taxi. We would highly recommend staying again.

The property is well maintained, a bit old they still use metal keys but reminds me of going to Mexico as a child with my grandparents and sister. The staff is helpfull and friendly. I enjoyed staying 2 nights.

The sliding door locked behind us. We were locked out on our balcony for 4 hours. We called endlessly to the apartments, and they never answered, then we called Expedia a few times and no one would help us. We called down to people on the street and found one person staying in the apartments but she couldn’t find a single person to help us because there’s no lobby desk or security or anything. We had to break our way in. The next morning the lady said she saw we had called a bunch but she was having a bad night so didn’t answer. Then they wanted to charge us for the break in, even though we couldn’t get help and we’re stuck from 11pm-3am outside. Their toilets don’t flush, you have to slush 3-5 times to get it to go down. The beds are very hard and firm, woke up with stiff necks and backs. The refrigerator isn’t very cold and the AC barely worked. Would we stay here again? Absolutely not!

Unfortunately the guests went out to the balcony and slid the door too hard causing the door to lock automatically. We have already changed the lock for a manual one to avoid these types of accidents.The guests were relocated to another unit in order to replace the affected door glass and lock. Our air conditioners are new and in good condition. The bathrooms work optimally. There were no other incidents reported in the office during his stay.

Perfectly located in heart of everything. Across the street from the beach and walk to all restaurants, bars and activities. It's in an active area so don't expect peace and quiet, but great location for beach fun.

I loved the area. It was just what I needed a small simple studio clean with partial ocean. The staff were nice and it was easy to check in

The property is very nice and clean. The air conditioner is ice cold! Best of all the property is located right at the beach and close to everything. There's also a 24 hr convenience store right down stairs. The airport is close by and is only an 11$ Uber ride. Don't take a taxi.

This was the perfect place to stay while in PV. Great location-close to everything! Super clean room and property. Everyone who worked there and stayed there was incredibly friendly. Will definitely be staying there again!!
