Took my wife for her birthday for 6 nights . Best resort we have ever stayed at, out of around 20 different ones. The service was above and beyond by every member of their team. Christian and Ray at the pool got us VIP lounge chairs every day. They entire pool staff made us feel like VIP's. The food was top notch at every restaurant. Beef tenderloin was as good as any I've had. Breakfast was always delicious and plentiful. Every request was met with a smile and promptness. Our room was a panoramic junior suite that had an amazing view of the pools and ocean views for sunsets nightly. All the reviews about timeshare pitches, locals on the beach, and owners getting better treatment are all false. Never had a single issue with any of this. Best resort for the money! We will be scheduling another trip at Garza. They make you feel so welcomed. When you arrive take a taxi for $30.00 US dollars. It is 45 minutes, but a good way to see the area.

We liked our spacious room with ocean views, food overall, staff was always super helpful, service at dining restaurants, some of the activities were great: kayaking, yoga and hiking. We didnt like the trolley transportation, limited breakfast buffet, dinining reservation system, swimming area on the beach is very small, not enough chairs at the main pool.

This resort was by far the most beautiful place we have stayed at. We have been to PV a few times but this was the first time at this resort and it was better than expected. The grounds are beautiful, clean, and the staff were always so attentive and friendly. We received an upgrade to Mousai upon our arrival and it was an absolute dream. The rooftop pool and bar were great. Every single meal we had at this resort was top notch and the drinks were amazing as well. We can’t wait to go back!

Bait and switch. I booked a 2 bedroom, hot-tub, ocean view. The photos on the site were not the photos of the room I received. I tried to get this addressed, but person checking us in, their shift ended and he needed to leave. The next day we tried to address it again and there were no other rooms. We were offered messages to correct the error. The room we booked was 3200 sq feet, the room we stayed in was half of that size and we’re on the first floor. People were throwing things over the balcony, people were walking in front of our balcony, so we couldn’t enjoy our view. I also found the excess pressure to tip for everything was stressful, especially considering all-inclusive should take that stress away. In addition, when buying an all-inclusive plan, that is supposed to cover everything, but we were constantly told that meals, or options were an additional charge. Perhaps the person that did our check in didn’t do a good job with explaining everything, which left me feeling like a second class citizen during my stay. In fact, at one point our concierge told us that is why we should pay to become a member, then we wouldn’t have to worry about getting the wrong room or having to pay for services. I paid for 3 nights, all-inclusive, meaning I paid for everything up front, but then getting a smaller room, without all of the options I paid for, then being charge additional for meals and drinks, this place was a scam. I would never return and I will tell everyone I know.

We loved our stay at Garza Blanca. The service was great. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived. The property is beautiful. We spent a day at the beach, a day at the main pool and a day at the upper pool. Enjoyed catch of the day ( be sure to take advantage of that, check the dates it’s offered upon arrival). You have to pay extra, but it’s totally worth it. The room was spectacular. I could have just stayed in the room the entire time and still enjoyed my vacation thoroughly. We ordered room service for breakfast and enjoyed it out on the balcony, while admiring the views. The food at the restaurants was good. I loved Hiroshi. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely go back.

I recently stayed at Hotel Garza Blanca and had an amazing experience. The all-inclusive package included access to the adult-only restaurants at Hotel Mousai, which were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the personalized service as we were greeted by our last name and the bellhops efficiently handled our luggage. Our check-in process was flawless, thanks to our concierge Moon, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Moon even helped my wife with a forgotten item, showing exceptional dedication to guest satisfaction. Pancho, our excursion advisor, was knowledgeable and helped us choose the best activities during our stay. I must also mention that the wait staff by the pools and restaurants were top-notch. They were attentive, friendly, and always ensured that we had everything we needed. Whether it was a refreshing drink by the pool or a delicious meal at one of the restaurants, the service was consistently excellent. The hotel boasts stunning views and a top-notch staff that truly enhances the Puerto Vallarta experience. I would rate Hotel Garza Blanca 10 out of 10 stars for its outstanding service, amenities, and overall hospitality.

Beautiful overall property with multiple towers. Very good food selections/options so you don’t feel like you are eating the same thing constantly and they have very friendly and attentive staff. Good size pools, with the only difficulty being the space that the hotel has for beach area is not the largest, butwasn’t a huge issue for us. Also have fun activities as part of your all inclusive, which include kayaks and an area for kids. About 30- 40 minutes away from the airport. would certainly recommend staying here and will do it again when we return.

Property is beautiful as always. And the rooms views and staff are amazing. It is growing a little too quickly for its staff so there was no pool chairs at both pools. Two days where the towels ran out. Long waits for the trolleys.

Pros: Stunning resort. Infinity pools were beautiful and overlooked the ocean. Rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully designed. Every room at this resort has an ocean view. You do not get that at other resorts. The food was spectacular! Every restaurant was fine dining. No buffet options for dinner or lunch. Many different restaurants to choose from. Would go back just for the food. Spa was beautiful with a rooftop view of the ocean and mountains. Best massage I have had! Staff were very kind and approachable. Cons: If you are a beach person, this resort is not for you. But in my opinion, the infinity pools make up for it. The beach was small and very rocky. The ocean waves were too strong to swim, even though we were on a cove. They have lounge chairs set up on the beach, but we didn’t use them. If you want to book spa services, book them when you are there. We booked ahead of time and paid more money and could not get a refund. They have spa deals once you get there. Not a lot of entertainment and no music by the pools. We brought our portable speaker to the pool and we had many people thank us for the music. Adult only pool area is only for people who stay at Musai, even though it is part of Garza Blanca resort. Would have been nice to enjoy the Musai roof top pool as the views were amazing! Overall we had a wonderful time at this resort and I would go back in a heart beat. The food, service, facilities and views were outstanding!

Check in/out sucked. Both individuals were not welcoming and told us wrong info. Check in person said that we have to check out by 11 am, however our all inclusive privileges are good until 12 pm. The check out person checked us out at 11 am. But when we went to the pool, the pool server said that we were told the wrong info and that we couldn’t use our all inclusive privileges anymore. The food was ok. There aren’t a lot of pescatarian and dairy free options for my wife. The desserts were terrible. There aren’t even churros! The restaurant staff aren’t very friendly. And service is very slow. Why are there so many food runners but so little servers? Pros: resort is nice and clean. Views from the ocean suites are great. Bottom line: I wouldn’t come back. The bad service from the front desk and restaurants are not worth the money you’re spending for the mediocre food and lack of amenities. There’s other all inclusive in PV that are better.

We paid $180 to be picked up from the airport. We requested a suburban or something similar. The concierge told us they would send a luxury van. We got picked up in a basic cargo van. Upon arrival we declined their various attempts of them trying to take up our morning to show us around the property to try and sell us a time share. We declined it several times with 3 different members of staff. Every morning before 11am they would call the room to try and get us to come down and sit for their sales pitch. They refuse to take no for an answer, it is beyond annoying. We had dinner at their steakhouse on the first night. Please do not order the lobster mac and cheese. It is not included in the all inclusive, its disgusting kraft noodles with soupy cheese. Even at Mortons or Capital Grille I dont pay more than $70 for a side dish... this was over $100. The resort itself is cute, but I would not stay here again. We had friends in town the same weekend by chance. They do not allow outside guests inside at all. Something to be aware of.

All aspects of our short vacation were perfect. The staff was amazing and accommodating. My only suggestion is to explain amenities instead of pushing different properties on people as soon as they check in. We were confused on a lot. Instead of being told what we had purchased for our stay the girls and guys at the desks in black uniform just wanted to sell us on a different property and then confronted us about it the next day and acted as if we were in the wrong.

AMAZING! We went for 7 days and enjoyed every second of our stay! Great food, we did the all inclusive and the service was beyond our expectations! we loved the hikes , the wildlife- plus a Uber into the city was 5$ and easy to come by. ❤️

One of the best places we have stayed in Mexico, and we will definitely be back! So many great things to say from the staff to the food to the room, etc. The front desk staff, Angel, and the Bocados Steakhouse staff were excellent. Honestly, they were all amazing, but we built a relationship with some in particular. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. There is some construction going on nearby, which is kind of loud in the morning, but that is of course out of their control. We can't wait to come back!
