Overall, it was good and staff were welcoming. Breakfast each day was great. Didn't particularly enjoy the stairs I had to go down to for my room, so something to consider for people booking to stay here (especially if you have bad knees!).

Sentimos muy cómodos en cuanto a la distancia, Pero hubo detalles no nos gustaron ejemplo: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y el estacionamiento no hay esta la calle en Internet estaba muy bajo.

Buenas noches. Sr. José Cano, Ud no se hospedó con nosotros, su reservación la reportó Expedia como sospechosa por usar una tarjeta inválida. Ni siquiera entró al hotel, porque antes de cancelar definitivamente su reserva, Ud estuvo buscando alojamientos más baratos en nuestra misma calle. Se decidió de último minuto a qué sí se hospedaría aquí, pero su ir y venir en moto, y preguntar y llamar varias veces con nosotros haciendo cuestionamientos extraños, nos hizo definitivamente cancelar su reserva a las 8 pm. Sin tarjeta válida. Espero que Expedia elimine su comentario, que no es verdad. Ud no se hospedó en Villa Bella.

We are a 66 year old couple. We have Never Ever stayed in such a wonderful, unique, clean, wonderful place with the ABSOLUTE BEST staff!! Manuel and Rosa are wonderful, even having the patience to help us with our Spanish. All the rooms are different and so very charming. We now will be going to a different room, will report later!

Thank you for your comments. Our little Inn was updated in 2020, the best possible way. The suite that youve had stayed at had a total makeover in terms of decoration and some of the furnishing and equipment (living, AC, minifridge), bedding, linen and towels. La Cruz is still a little fisherman village in so many ways, dogs and church bells, street vendors and more. Sorry this may caused you inconveniences. best Regards,Elsa Alba

Great view of harbor and bay from this property. It’s quite quirky with nice size room with cooking facilities and fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. A short walk down the hill to central La Cruz - it’s was 500 mts to Tacos on the Street which was fun

Muy bonito
Solo al inicio hubo retraso en la recepción pero básicamente fue por haber hecho la reservación media hora antes así que por ser un lugar muy íntimo no estaban esperandonos. El lugar tiene una vista preciosa, es acogedor y romantico

Tiene una vista muy bonita de la bahía. Es un hotel pequeño y agradable. No tiene playa. Está en un cerrito, por eso tiene esa vista panorámica.

This is a lovely spot with a view of the village and a quiet, charming courtyard where you can have breakfast, read, soak up the sun, chat with other guests or sip a drink. Elsa, Manuel, & Rosa are very hospitable and helpful. Short walk to restaurants and the marina.

Bonito lugar, pero falta atencion al cliente
El lugar muy bonito, cómodo y con una vista increíble. Lo único que falto fue atención de parte del lugar (aparte de llevarnos las llaves al lugar de la fiesta). Nosotros pasamos nuestra noche de bodas ahí y no vimos ningún detalle extra para la ocasión tan especial. Fue un poco decepcionante.

Apreciable Srita. Anna Laura, Muchas gracias por tomarse el tiempo de escribir sus comentarios respecto a su breve estancia con nosotros. Lamento que no hayamos estado a la par de sus expectativas. Sobretodo cuando, personalmente le llevé las llaves al lugar que me indicó, de otra forma, como le comenté en una de nuestras conversaciones, no tenemos la recepción abierta al público después de media noche, por seguridad de todos. Se le hicieron unas cortesías de toallas y flores en su cama, además de un pequeño bouquet tropical. Entiendo que desayunaron en tiempo y forma, y se retiraron a mediodía del Domingo, realmente una estancia muy corta a nuestro entender para evaluarnos así. Desconozco qué detalles más esperaba Ud. Le comento que sí manejamos paquetes de lunamieleros, obviamente con un cargo adicional y al gusto y petición expresa de nuestros clientes. En su caso, Ud no solicitó nada adicional, y de igual forma, se hicieron un par de cositas. Qué pena que no estuvo satisfecha del todo con nuestros servicios, me disculpo por cualquier inconveniente, y quedo a sus órdenes. Saludos Cordiales, Elsa-

Great intimate B&B in La Cruz!
Wonderful surprise - a hidden gem! We have been coming to Riviera Nayarit for over 10 years and enjoyed a short stay here. The views from the hillside are beautiful! We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay
It was a beautiful place but a little bit far from the town. The service was amazing and everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only small complaint was that we could hear a lot of dogs and roosters. The view was breathtaking and the gardens and pool were immaculate.

First stay in a bed & breakfast!
This was our first stay ever in a bed and breakfast but we have traveled to Mexico multiple times!! We arrived earlier than check in time and they were already prepared for us which was great since we had been up since 3:00 am! Elsa and her staff were very welcoming. The room was beautiful and romantic. The view was breathtaking! The staff knew when to be attentive and when we were just relaxing and wanting our time by ourselves. This was a great spot location wise and my husband and I walked to the Marina as well as some of the local restaurants there and near by. Getting taxis to nearby cities was very easy and inexpensive. We truly relaxed during this part of our visit to La Cruz!!

Great spot!
This is a great hotel with an amazing view. The staff is great and the setting beautiful. We didn't have a car which required us to walk up a steep hill. Certainly doable at age 66 but not desirable. The taxis are very inexpensive and a good alternative. Can't say enough about the breakfasts--home cooked, delicious and large!!

Off season anniversary
We spent time here 1st week of June and had a clean, comfortable, and spacious room. An air conditioner and ceiling fans made sleeping in the hot, humid climate not a problem. Nighttime music, dogs barking, cocks crowing, and loud vehicles takes getting used to. Definitely beats constant doors slamming at an all inclusive resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
