The hotel was reasonably clean. The staff were very friendly but a little inefficient at times - sometimes it took half a dozen of them to sort out a simple request. The Indian food at the breakfast buffet was better than I'd expected, the restaurant was otherwise OK. The gym and pool were decent and underutilised. Our room was as expected for a hotel of this type, with a walk-in shower and other amenities. The room was satisfactorily clean - although we were sometimes given towels that had dirt on them or smelled funny, which we had to get changed.
Transport is the weakest link for this hotel, especially if you're not here on business. Being on the expressway, the only practical way to enter/leave is by car, and if you ask the hotel to arrange this, they will ask for an outrageous amount of money.
Overall, our stay here was fine, though not amazing. The hotel is suitable for business travellers, but if you're on holiday, you'd save a lot of money and have a nicer and more authentic experience (e.g. get free wi-fi, tasty food at Indian prices, etc) by staying somewhere that isn't an international chain (unsurprisingly). However, if there is a reason why you have to stay near Hinjewadi (we were attending a wedding nearby) then the hotel is a reasonably good choice.
