I stayed in at row House number 2 at Orritel last week. The room wasn't well cleaned, as I walk my feet were blackened due to dust underneath. You need to bring your own in-room footwear, like chappals.
As no carpet on the floor, didn't give that feeling of being in a hotel.
The hot water taps was too hard to move.
The French window door in the living room were not getting locked. I was told first that "not to worry" as whole facility is under CCTV surveillance which wasn't very assuring to me from security perspective. The staff fixed the doors lock later.
In the living room, the window curtain is so small that you can't really cover the window with that.
During breakfast, I literally told servant to remove a cockroach moving on food plates. He swept cockroach away but didn't care to wash the plates.
Open parking - no closed parking. So if you are taking your car to this hotel, get ready to clean dust on your car the next day.
On the plus side, the alacarte food in the evening was great. The service was slow though.
Room was very spacious considering we booked entire row House. It could accommodate 3 families so price wise "okay".
