This is a very grand hotel and a bit too fancy for me, but I love it - everything is beautiful. It is my home away from home in Pune and I always feels very welcome when I stay. It is centrally located so relatively easy to get to different areas as needed. The staff are extremely kind and professional. I cannot recommend the spa highly enough - the ayurvedic treatments are absolutely transformative. Between the therapeutic benefits and the kindness of the staff, this is my absolute favorite spa in the world! I highly recommend the Conrad in Pune. Absolutely worth it.

Hotel is okay but the staff is not that great. Their lounge staff kept harassing us over single and double occupancy. Business lounge is absolutely bare bones. United lounge is better than that. It would be nice if you could avoid their staff.

While checkin was very smooth , the hospitality at breakfast table left a lot to be desired. Most of the female staff made eye contact and smiled but the male staff are bland with no eye contact and expressionless. While taking the plate from table the good dropped and the staff pretended to not seen it. after pointing them to pick the dropped food on table it was picked but not a apology. Missed basic etiquettes of a five star hotel. However he staff at reception and desk and room service are very cordial and genuinely helping.

The shower in the bathroom was clogged. The carpet and the Sofa in the room were stained. The Room Boy did not vacuum and clean the glass table properly. The Bathroom door was making squeaky sound and brushing on the frame. Waiters in the Coffee Shop need to be trained and should maintain high personal hygiene. Sabudana Khichadi was too dry. Juice stations were not attended and filled for 10 minutes. The Reception staff said that I am allowed to pack my breakfast, however when I asked the Coffee Shop guys they refused. I had to argue with the waiter, as there was no Duty Manager on duty. To address the above issues they offered me free laundry and cancelled 1 day breakfast - appreciate that. Overall the hotel needs to put in more efforts on cleanliness and training the waiters.

King size Bed was uncomfortable. Raised in the middle and slopping on the sides. Five Pillows but all flat Had to call a hard piece. Towels were not upto rhe mark for a hotel of your standing. Should be far better. Killed a cockroach in the bath area.

Perfect stay for family with children
We had an amazing stay at Conrad. The rooms are spacious and the room cleaning staff kept the room very clean and tidy. The gym and pool area is very well maintained and one of most clean facilities that i witnessed so far! The service offered in restaurants is fantastic! Our daughter travelled first time to India, so we were careful with food and water. The kitchen staff (esp. Milind, Vishal chef and Shyam Chef) was outstanding and made special food for our daughter! Pooja Mallya was fantastic to provide us great support throughout our stay! If one thing that I would recommend to improve is, to manage the private events in more professional manner. The music at times was very loud that ran until 2 am and was disturbing. Pooja was very receptive of this feedback, which is great! All in all a fantastic stay!

Memorable for quality and service
Super-clean and comfortable. We stayed just one night in an Executive King room. There was boisterous music on the ground floor at night, but we couldn't hear much. Drinks were excellent, dinner (soup and pasta) in our room superb, and breakfast was sumptuous and high-quality. One of the best hotels I've stayed in (I've been to plenty).

I think I was prejudiced vis a vis other guests, staff was reluctant to work. Couple of incidents whenever I used to go for early breakfast I ask for coffee which is not present for self serve, they would look the way, when i asked to keep my valuables in safe at reception which they themselves recommend they would push the buck to other and keep wasting my time. I feel overall the property does not meet the Hilton standard world wide for the price which is more than world standard

Having stayed at The Conrad Hotel previously, I had no hesitation in visiting again. My only complaint is that the swimming pool was closed on Thursday 17/03/2022 for a private function. What about the guests who have paid to stay & want to have a swim?!!! Looks like the hotel decided to close the pool for the private function to increase their income AND took the money paid by guests to stay at the hotel.

The security stolen the phone at the time of X-ray and later on and none of the staff was ready to resolve my problem and I had to find my phone through the app find my phone abs security only handed over this to me once it started being out loud. Extremely disappointed I was in Pune for 2 days for business meetings and this incidence has shaken me completely. Wikl never recommend as staff is very unprofessional

Everybody from front office were really helpful from chek in till checkout very quick and super helpful even Front office manager Mr. Gupte took an extra initiative and was at sight Just to resolve small issue in my room. Housekeeping staff Swati was Phenomenal she was really kind and did great job with towel art and cleaning room time to time. Great service at coriander kitchen restaurant all staff was friendly and helpful. Great property to stay friendly and nice environment.

Travelled multiple countries and stayed in the best hotels but this one is by far the best. Room spacing, interior and all automation in the room is extraordinary. For sure I am coming back with family.
