The staff is really good and friendly. They are warm and remembered me from the past stays. They are very helpful and willing to accommodate needs. The breakfast is excellent. The location is walkable to many restaurants and shopping places. Will stay there again.

It is a cheap place in easily accessible location. The breakfast is typical Indian food with variety. They also have sandwiches and watermelon + banana. The tea is good. In my room, one of the water pipe was rusted. The toilet was not clean. So you experience Indian style living 😀. Also found a big on my bed.The staff is very polite and helpful. They get 5*. If you are traveling for business and OK with the above living conditions, it is OK. But not for family stay.

Dear Guest Thank you for your valuable feedback we are glad that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel . we are happy that you enjoyed our break fast and our service . 1 ) For un clean bathroom you didnt get the room cleaned since you checked in and same for the room also , we requested you to get it cleaned on the third day as you never left the keys while you went out in the morning and didnt even asked for house keeping so it wont be fare enough to say that the bathroom and room was not clean for the above reason for information we get room service done every day so the guest gets a fresh room every day . 2 ) We are basically a family and a corporate hotel and we focus a lot on cleanness . we always tell our guest to please call us on reception so we can solve the issues immediately so it wont be fare enough to judge the hotel is not a family hotel for the above reason . We hope you give us chance to serve you again . Thanks and regards Team Sapna !

Reasonably central,clean but basic accommodation.
After a negative experience,trying to reach another hotel in town by taxi(driver instructed by staff member) the Manager was extremely helpful in getting us bus tickets for the next day to another town,and ensured our cab driver spoke English and knew where we néeded to go.That worked out very well.

Absolute Worst Hotel
This property is indeed a two-star moth ball / moldy hotel. The room is dark. Based on what a few guest wrote it is pretty accurate. Dingy is the word. Overpriced for what you get. The only redeeming quality is some of staff is friendly and breakfast selections were good. This property has so much potential to be a great hotel with some upgrade and some deep cleaning. Why does 2 stars have to be dirty? There was one staff member that took offense of my presence. He mocked me several times as I walked away and the other staff's facial responses alerted me his somewhat quiet comments were not favorable. Unfortunately, I had to encounter him the next morning the next day to have my trousers cleaned and pressed. I am halfway upstairs and I could here the bag hit the floor. My guess is that he tossed the bag across the room. In short, my trousers were never given to the person to have them cleaned. It sat all day in the little room by the desk. He gave an excuse the pants weren't ready that there was some problem with the machine. He did provide an obligatory “I’m sorry.” Very unprofessional. I am not asking anyone to usher me any respect but I do expect to be treated as guest. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awesome, well placed economical hotel
i will always stay only at Hotel Sapna whenever I visit Pune - this is the most conveniently located property, very courteous management, friendly and always willing to assist staff... Also they serve delicious breakfast!!

Great place for the price
I was only in for an evening, and got in late. The service was very accommodating and pleasant (and even helped me get bottled water at 1am). Good wifi in the room (which is rare at so many low-cost hotels. The room is spacious and comfortable with a large opening window and lots of natural light, which I really appreciate. A good shower with hot water was a plus. The only downsides: the sheets were discolored, and my double bed was covered with two single overlaid duvets. For the price, I was happy to tolerate this. I wish the staff had communicated to me that breakfast is delivered directly to the room, and that notice is needed. I was in a rush so didn't have time to wait around in my room for breakfast. Overall, good location and good value.

Central location
We stayed at Sapna on our recent trip to Pune. The hotel is situated at a very good location. The room was large and clean though the toilet could be improved. The breakfast was delicious. I would certainly recommend the place for a short stay in the heart of Pune.

Excellent ... Highly recommended
Excellent. Hotel staff are very friendly. Staff at reception exceptionally so. Was provided with assistance with obtaining local sim card, taxi service to Mumbai and Foreign Exchange Services. Breakfast in the mornings is a treat. Cannot fault this hotel. Five stars throughout.

Nice location, good hotel.
The hotel is in a leafy and quiet spot next to Pune's biggest park, which is helpful when explaining your destination to a taxi or rickshaw. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff
It locates next to a park and besides a main road with shops yet not noisy in the room. The surrounding is very comfortable. The staff helped us to get a rickshaw with fair price. They are very friendly and helpful. Worth to stay there!

Good Services
Hotel was Good. The cleanliness was satisfactory. Due to closure of restaurant, food is brought from outside and hence room service is done. The hotel mgt should look into having their own restaurant. But no complaints about food quality as well as services. Parking is an issue.

good budget hotel at higher price
Stay was good. Though the breakfast was buffet type it will be served in the room on order basis. Variety is very limited and there is no choice. The dining chairs and tables in the room are too low. people with knee problems cannot use them at all. Locker helps to save your personal items comfortably. People are good and helping

Lovely place
We should only stay here for one night, but the hotel was so nice that we stayed for two! The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly ! The rooms are big, and you actually feel clean after a shower ! You have shops like Puma, Adidas across the road, and it is a small shopping mall only 10 min with an auto !

Recommended!
For what it promises to offer, Sapna is an excellent option for travelers looking for quality on a modest budget. The rooms have been renovated since my last stay 3-4 years ago and I could tell that a lot of effort was made to provide a high quality stay. I always stay in the Deccan Gymkhana area, and Hotel Sapna is in a great location on JM Road.

Great staff and location!
Clean hotel and friendly staff. We felt very welcome at the hotel Sapna! The hotel was clean and located in the city centre of Pune. Wifi access was free in all rooms. Good price. My only 2 complaints would be the smell of the rooms. They put these mothball smelling things in the bathroom that make the entire room smell very potent. The beds were very hard. But for a 2 star hotel it was a fantastic stay! I would recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel Sapna Executive в Пуне
Отель небольшой, но уютный. Номер в отеле приятно удивил своей чистотой, просторный, мебель новая, персонал в отеле доброжелательный. Своего расторана у отеля нет, но рядом находится ресторан, где замечательный менеджер старается угодить клиентам, предлагая блюда индийской кухни- очень колоритно! Отель находится далековато от центра города, но недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала, что может быть немаловажным, если Вы из Пуны планируете поездом отправиться на ГОА, куда индийские поезда доставят вас за 12-13 часов В целом, во время путешествия по Индии, мы остались довольны пребыванием в этом отеле.

Hotel Sapna - Enjoyable Stay
I was here on a business visit and everything was smooth and as expected, we reached early and were provided an intermediate room as the check-in was at 12. The wifi is really a plus and the room condition was excellent and loved the view out of the window. The room was clean, spacious and well serviced.

市の中心地に近く、観光にもビジネスにも便利がいいです。部屋も清潔で、すべてに心遣いを感じました。朝食は選択したメニューを希望の時間に部屋に運んでくれます。ホテルの１FのVegetarian Restaurant は、本格的なベジタブル料理を希望の方にはおすすめです。 便利、快適、清潔、経済的にバランスよく過ごしたい方には、是非おすすめです。 最後に、スタッフの方へ感謝を伝えます。何度も列車の時刻を調べてくれてありがとう。下手な英語を理解しようと努力してありがとう。家族に電話してくれてありがとう。朝早く、列車に乗る私たちを最後まで親切に送り出してくれてありがとう。無事、希望通りのスケジュールで旅を終えることができました。

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar bei der Altstadt, ist aber eine 60 Rs weite Strecke entfernt von Osho
meine Bewertung siehe oben. Vielleicht noch dieses. Als erfahrene Indienreisende fand ich es ausgesprochen angenehm, dass sich das ausschließlich männliche Personal gegenüber einer allein reisenden europäischen Frau sehr anständig verhalten hat. Freundlich und neutral. Keine unangenehmen Blicke oder ähnliches. Sehr angenehm, wirklich und äußerst selten!
