I am sorry that you were not happy with my premises.My hotel consept is based on the Korean antique furniture. If you let us know about the sewage smell while you stay, we would resolve the problem instantly. I will check the problems with the sewage smell for all rooms. As a small hotel, my gym is also small. It is about 700 sq ft with various athletic gears, electric message chairs, half body dry sauna, etc. I will check if all equipments work as intended.About refund, you did not mentioned about it when you checked out. Additionally, my records also showed that you checked out one day early though at late hour - 3:30 PM. Thank you again for your stay and your comments. I will check the overall condition of the premises to serve you better..
