Great customer service! People at the front desk are helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is also a good central location within the metro area—close to Interstate 80 and Interstate 74.

There were blood stains on our comforter and they couldn’t give us a new one because they only have one per room. We found a cockroach crawling on the wall.

We live locally and rented a room so that we could go swimming for a day. The pool was so cold we absolutely could not stand it. My daughter shivered and her lips may have been turning blue. We did go to the room to have a snack and noticed crumbs all over the floor that appear to have been there for a while. The staff that we did encounter were kind, but there was nothing they could do about the pool. We were not offered a refund. We were only there 3 hours before we checked out. Lesson learned.

2 of the rooms they tried to give us had bug bombs in there. The can literally started spraying in the room. The indoor is not heated with any sign posted anywhere.

Firey end. Literally.
Well... For starters the keycards are automatically disabled 30mins before checkout. Mold in the ice bucket. Bedding was okish. Someone caught clothes on fire in the sauna and set off fire alarm. Keycard entry on exit door by pool broken. Pool. Ice. Cold. One of the top 3 coldest indoor pools ever. Pool had 1 towl. Heavy weed smell in halls. Not bad for price but could use improvement.

Ok for a short stay but not extended stay
The first room we checked into smelled like pot. We requested to switch rooms, and the staff accommodated our request right away we the same type of room but on the second floor. Thankfully, there was an elevator for our dogs to use since one of them cannot take stairs. Unfortunately, a double bed room was pretty cramped with having two large dogs as there wasn’t a lot of floor space for them. The continental breakfast was underwhelming since the only true protein option was yogurt. It would have been nice to have at least some hard boiled eggs even if not instant eggs. I ended up having to buy some breakfast items to supplement what was offered. The cleaning staff was very nice and resupplied any items I requested. There was no trash can right outside the front entrance. So, I had to walk towards the enclosed pool to throw away the poop bags we used to clean up after our dogs. There were no signs for others to pick up after their dogs, which I would recommend since this is a dog-friendly hotel, unless we took our dogs to the wrong spot for them to relieve themselves. Our card keys stopped working periodically the day before our scheduled checkout day. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us new keys when it happened, but it was frustrating especially when I had to go back downstairs after realizing the key didn’t work after taking the doggies out. This place is okay for a short stay, don’t have large dogs, or don’t mind simple breakfast options.

Well Worth The Price!
We had orginally booked another local hotel but it was so bad we moved here. The room we had was very updated and clean. Very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There were two issues, the room was very warm and the air would not turn on, we just cracked the window and it helped. Secondly the hanger on the back of the bathroom door fell off when we tried to place a towel on it. That is an easy fix though. Overall this is well worth the price of the room.

I had to wait more than five minutes for someone to come to the reception desk when I arrived. When I checked in, I was told our king room was not available because the hotel was oversold. We were given a room with two double beds instead. The icemaker in the room was filthy, and one of the beds had sheets with blood on them. The microwave was not plugged in and was not even in an area that it could be. We had to move it to use it.

I was treated kindly by both frontline hosts! My bed was clean, bathroom very clean and my room was serviced every day with clean towels and bed made etc! There was some construction items in the hallway and my room needed the carpet cleaned badly! Breakfast area was very clean! Very typical food choices for a fast breakfast!

Not again!!!!
Well took 30 minutes to check in right off , then they say no pets I told them I booked a room for a pet they said oh , then I asked ask about the pool oh it’s been out over servers for a while, I even called to make sure that the pool was there and working. Not cool would never stay here again I wish I would have picked a different place.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. When we got to the room however, it was stuffy and didn’t smell as good as the lobby did. It didn’t smell clean. Looking around, it didn’t appear that housekeeping had dusted or wiped items down in a few stays. The pillow cases all had minor stains on them. Overall the room was cleaned, however as someone in the industry, I tend to look to the details for cleanliness. It could have been better, but it also could have been way worse- just minor improvements needed.

We booked a king room at this property. When we arrived we were told there were no king rooms available and were given a double queen. The person working said they would speak to their manager about pricing since we paid for a king. We were not spoken to again about the situation at check out and no discount was given.

Nightmare
Check in was rocky i need to make sure i was only charged for 1 room. At 8:00a.m the next morning they were pounding and working in the room on the other side of ours. Woke us up and scared the crap out of us. Floors in room were really sticky couldnt walk barefoot. On carpet and bathroom floor. My sisters room had ants and the window was open when she got in the room and it was in the 90's. Not a good experience.

The room was clean. It seemed odd that a room with two beds would have only one chair. My main complaint was about the pool. I was looking forward to relaxing in the pool after a long day of driving. I went to look at it shortly after we arrived. There was white...scum? floating all over the water. I told the person at the front desk and she said "A bunch of people just had a pool party there. We have to clean it up". We went out and when we returned, hours later, the pool was just as bad.

I had an issue at the Ramada across the road (DO NOT STAY THERE) I called over to Clarion and the staff was extremely helpful. They were able to accommodate a super early check in because of the issue I was having at Ramada. Not only was the staff helpful but the room was extremely clean.

We booked at the last minute to stay for a softball tournament along with a few other families. We were hesitant as the reviews were mixed. Our group was pleasantly surprised! The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
