You arrived at our hotel at 11.30pm when i asked you for your ID and credit card and you where informed that a security deposit of 150 is required you started to yell and swear at my staff and threatened my staff and he was forced to call the police and you stormed out of the hotel telling. There will be NO REFUND

The hot tub in room would’ve been nice but we checked out as soon as we saw the room. It was old and dated and smelly

The owner stole money from my credit card. I knew he was going to do it but there was nothing I could do. The owner is very dishonest and will steal if you give a card. Room was totally paid for when we arrived. Still demanded an incidental hold for 3 times the room rate. Promised it wouldn’t be charged if no damage and no smoking. Didn’t refund the full amount like promised. Dishonest and rude. That’s just the start. The rooms and smell is even worse than the owner stealing money from us. Stay anywhere else in Iowa before spending a penny here. Disgusting!

Beds were clean & comfortable. Bathroom was generally clean, but the corners & perimeter had a dusty buildup. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed well and the room had an old, kinda musty smell. This hotel needs serious updating!! Very limited & small breakfast offering.

Very quiet, clean hotel in a great location in Bettendorf next to I-74 and multiple shopping/dining options. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, and our room was comfortable.

I liked how smooth the check in process was. I wasn't at all impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It was less than satisfactory!! Furniture hadn't been moved and cleaned behind for a long time. We actually found a blunt roach in the room.

I like the Manager, Matt, he was knowledgable about surrounfing restraunts, etc. He was very nice. The ammenities were not very good. Workout room not open, "waiting for new equipment". The breakfast sucked. No hot food, just packaged hostess danishes, oatmeal packs,yogurt, juice, coffe, toast & only 2 choices of cereal...Bran Flakes & Cheerios. I at least wanted eggs & sausage. The warmer for them was there. If you just want a bed to sleep in...it was ok.

Thank You for your comments we serve hot food and to make sure we provided fresh made eggs and sausage to order. I informed you of this at the time of check inn and you where also asked if you would like so fresh made eggs and sausage when you arrived in the breakfast area in the morning but you and your family declined. We rather make you fresh food than you eating eggs that have being sitting in the warmer since 6am .

Woke up at 2:30 am because our beds were infested with bed bugs, such a nightmare, then got switched to a different room and there were ants everywhere, sheets and towels with nasty stains, so disgusting and the breakfast did not even touch.

Our room was dirty and had food spilled up and down the walls. Room AC would squeal off and on. Hotel smelled of smoke everywhere. The pool was not working properly and ladders were rusted in the water. Vent covers were broke and had sharp edges sticking out in the pool area. Just an all around disappointing experience!!

Give it a hard pass
Didnt get accessible room as requested. No ice machine on 2nd floor, no elevator, window screen broken, toilet seat broken (fixed quickly), toilet too low, no clock, hot tub broken. Staff friendly and bed comfortable. Parking lot and grounds filthy with dirty diaper, cigarette butts, trash and needed mowed. Definitely will not stay there again.
