As for the shower, it's important to contact the front desk as soon as you encounter a problem with one of your room's amenities. Once again if you do not ask for help, there is nothing we can do to help.

En effet l'ensemble de notre batîment est en béton, et à moins que d'autres clients soient bruyants, il n'est pas normal que vous entendiez tout ce qui se passe au niveau des corridors. N'hésitez jamais à appeler la réception lorsque cela se produit. Il nous fera plaisir d'agir rapidementa fin de maitriser la situation.

As per IHG standards, all of our windows have limiters that prevents them from opening more than 3 inches. It should still be possible to regulate the temperature within your room using the thermostat. The next time you experience such problems, do not hesitate to contact the front desk. Most of the time this kind of problems can be easily fixed by our front desk employees.

We are a little bit confused by them, as our hotel is far from being in the "Center of no where". We are located at the entrance of Quebec City, with easy access to all of the major highways. We are only 10 minutes away from the old town and are located near many of the biggest attractions in town.
