100년이 넘은 오래된 호텔로 시설은 낡았지만, 테라스뷰가 너무 아름다운 곳입니다. 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이였습니다.

Comfortable, clean, and good location!
It was not a big hotel, but comfortable and cozy. It's very near to other tourist places, so I strongly recommend you this hotel if you are finding a good place closed to others.

뷰가 너무 마음에 드는 호텔
오래된 아파트를 개조한 호텔로 생각되는데 그래서 그런지 더욱 분위기도 좋았습니다. 신시가지 구시가지 모두 가깝고 리셉션은 매우 친절하였습니다. 배정받은 방은 3층인데 엘리베이터가 없어서 약간은 불편하였지만 강이보이는 뷰라서 충분히 감안할 만하였습니다.

위치가 너무 좋습니다 뒤프레테라스 바로 위니까요 관광중간에 바가와서 쉬다 나갔으니까요.다만 화장실 넘 좁습니다 룸도 다른데 비해 작은편이에요.물론 계단으로 이동해야하구요 그 불편함이 좋은 위치와 카운터 계신분들의 친절함으로 대체되네요. 퀘벡공항갈때 택시 예약해주어서 편히 갔어요.좋은 기억들로 남습니다

Loved the location of the hotel. Easy to get anywhere in the old city by walking. Only complaint was the room was cold that night and there was no heat in the building. Doom heat would have been nice to warm the room. Great room and bath on first floor as requested since I had to use a walker due to a longer than planned surgery healing time.

A cozy 180 year old home. Great views of the river. Rooms are up a steep narrow staircase, so pack light.

飯店位置很好,就在城堡飯店旁,面對聖羅倫斯河,到老城區各景點步行距離都很近,飯店三層,地下室還有兩間房,我住地下室,由於是沒有星級的老建築(至少180年以上),缺點是衛浴間小舊,還有就是隔音差,晚上隔壁開關門,樓上沖馬桶,洗澡的聲音都聽的很清楚,很吵,有半窗,不可打開,可以看到外面人的下半身,如果要求能看到景,設備新,睡覺淺怕吵的人別住這,或至少要挑選樓上的房間試試(我沒住過)....這附近有很多2~3星的飯店,因為有星級,硬體設備應該好些,可以比較價格,設備後再決定,但這裡的位置確實好,我當時訂的價格也算可以.....

Beautiful old hotel in the middle of old Quebec. First economy room I was in had a slightly unfinished room between the bedroom and the bathroom, and was right under the stairs.They were kind enough to change my room for me. Very clean and well run.

This is a 180 year old building so some cracks show in the tile. Also despite no ghosts appearing it certainly looks spooky as hell. Also no elevator so the upper floors are quite a lot of stairs. The room was small. HOWEVER, the staff was courteous and helpful, the location is right off Dufferin Terrace beside Chateau Frontenac so you cant beat that. If the parking is full you can always unload your car and park in a different lot at the bottom of the hill if you dont mind the hike back up. The room, while small, was very quiet and cozy and the bed was one of the most comfortable of my road trip. For the price, the location is incredible. I would stay there again.

Speaking Southern French.
It’s an older hotel but for the money it’s a deal. The hotel is located in the hub of the action in Old Québec and the views outside the hotel are amazing. Old Québec is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. All I wanted to do was get a Bonjour and I got that even with a southern French accent. It wasn’t good but it worked!

Perfect location with only a few steps to the fairmont hotel and the deck. They also offered free muffins for breakfast. The reception uncle is really nice and very friendly. He gave me free bottled water because I did not have cash. Thank you. I will definitely live at this place again when I visit Quebec next time.

Easy check in (we arrived late, let them know in advance, so they left us a key in a lockbox). Literally the most perfect location. The room was a nice size, we had a beautiful balcony with a few of the river & Chateau Frontenac. Someone cleaned our room daily. It was lovely.

Vue spectaculaire du fleuve de notre balcon. Endroit idéal pour un pied à terre pour s’imprégner du Vieux-Québec. Calme et tranquille malgré le nombre de touristes dans les environs.

Location is awesome, but the hotel itself is pretty old. Don't come with high expectation and hopefully you won't spend too much time at the hotel, but rather out and about or you'll be disappointed. It was clean enough, but everything is old. Parking is very tight and no extra spots. Price is OK for the value. Friendly staff and easy check in.

This is a charming and comfortable hotel in the very best possible location in Quebec City - right on the Terrasse, overlooking the River in the heart of the old city. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help us when my mother suffered an injury during our trip. They even found us a room on the first floor and moved all our things for us to make the stay more comfortable and convenient for her. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is comfortable climbing stairs.

The hotel was very interesting and very old (of course). The bed was comfortable, bathroom very tiny, and don't know if the A/C was working properly. It was a hot night anyway, but didn't get the room cooled down properly.

Quel magnifique endroit authentique avec des gens sympathiques. Les prix sont très abordables la chambre est propre et l'hôtel soignée je recommande fortement. L'hôtel est situé derrière château Frontenac en plein dans le vieux Québec. Vous êtes à proximité de toutes les attractions qu'offre le vieux Québec.
