Hello Mr. Taolin. First, thank you for the very good score you gave us. We truly appreciate it! Then, you are actually correct. 1- The Old-Quebec is a very old and colonial area full of history. Many businesses here want to preserve this, and we are among them. Marriott has more modern properties in Quebec City, the Courtyard for example. Still, our rooms were all entirely rebuilt in 2019. The lobby is next to be updated. 2- And we are indeed a small hotel. I call ourselves a small boutique hotel within the huge Marriott entity. So while we don't have all the amenities several of our properties have, we can provide a much better and more *personalized* customer service to our precious guests when they need it. It's a big part of our success. :) Thank you for this helpful feedback and happy new year to you and your loved ones.
