최악의 숙소이며 손님에 대한 기본적인 배려조차 없는 숙소
손님에 대한 기본적인 서비스 정신이없고 무례하며 자신들의 이익이 우선이며 손님은 단지 돈벌이 수단으로 생각하는 최악의 숙소이다. 한국분들 이런 숙소는 가시면 골치 아파집니다. 본인들의 역활은 전혀 하지 않고 문제가 생기면 모든 책임을 손님탓으로 돌려 버립니다. 퀸스타운의 수십 군데를 자봤지만 최악의 숙소입니다. 절대 추천하지 않 습니다.

추천하고 싶은 숙소
숙소 앞의 전망이 뛰어나고 서비스는 친절했고 정말 깔끔하게 잘 관리되고 있었음. 특히 침대와 이불 등이 마음에 들었음. 이틀을 묵었는 데, 좀 더 머물고 싶었음.

The bed and the couch were very uncomfortable....neither of us slept very well...nice to have a wardrobe in the bedroom but no coat hangers...good tv with all the sky channels..

Roadworks at the only entrance to the property that have been ongoing for months. The night we stayed they were literally digging up the road at the entrance with trucks coming and going and heavy machinery ripping up the road. Had we been advised earlier we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. We were not the only unimpressed guests. To be fair, had it not been for the roadworks the location is excellent and the rooms are spacious and very well presented.

This was a great place to stay. Walkable to the town centre. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Pity about the road works but this is not in the motels control. Bus stop close by.

We stayed for two nights and liked most things about our room. The view was lovely but the road was right in front. We couldn't close the fridge door as the ice had built up in the freezer compartment. We told staff and someone quickly came and chipped some ice away. Hopefully they defrosted it after we left. We really appreciated the plugin induction hob. We are never happy using toiletries in small plastic bottles so hopefully they will change to having dispensers. The bed was comfortable and overall we found the room great for our needs.

We like this property is because it is close to downtown with kitchen, and also with parking. It is clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience is construction still going on the entry area when we were there.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Roadworks outside property wasn’t ideal but fine we were alerted well in advance about that. Would definitely stay again but without kids not really little kid friendly. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Other than road construction around the buildings, this hotel is almost perfect. Large room with complete amenities, quiet and beautiful lake view.

Roadworks out the front and the water is contaminated but no water given to me from the motel meaning I need to walk down to shops and buy water to wash my teeth and have a cup of coffee. Bus stop also moved down the road another 150 meters

Don't arrive after 8pm or before 930am
We booked a 12 hour boat trip to the sound. It left at 6am. The office wouldn't take our bags, even though a worker lives on-site We had to pay for another hotel to store our bags. We were told by this hotel they would refund over the phone. Expedia said they denied it. The HVAC unit started leaking water in our room at 2am. I had to shut it off. I told the front desk. The shower hits the ceiling and leaks cold water on your head. There's massive street construction going on out front. So, prepare for noise and accessibility issues. It does have a nice view, if you get an upper unit The building is old.

Queenstown overnight stay
Clean and comfortable but the outside patio and garden needed a big clean up. Wouldn't take much to sweep up the old cigarette butts and hoe the multitude of weeds.

Was a lovely stay, unit nice and clean, I just wish there had been some information about the boil water notice and some complimentary water would have been nice, Queenstown has a cryptosporidium outbreak and we had been advised before leaving home not to drink the water, there was no information from the motel about this or even access to bottled water, we were careful to only used water boiled from the kettle, but this was a bit inconvenient

Despite the long term ongoing construction which is a hindrance throughout the town we managed. Yes it’s difficult to get to currently due to the lack of access but it’s surprisingly quiet. We had late arrival and early departure so never actually met staff yet communication via SMS and facilities were top notch. I would stay there again as it suited our needs and budget perfectly.

Good for the price.
The room was spacious. Great kitchen & bathroom. Free parking. Too much light coming in from outside room. Kids single beds in the lounge room with the TV which made it hard for adults to watch TV after the kids were in bed. No bedside lamps in main bedroom, only a very bright overhead light. Guest laundry with free washing machines, cheap laundry powder & cheap dryer, ample line to hang out washing. 10min uphill walk from town, lengthy noisy roadworks outside.
