This hotel in China has much better service and facility than its chain hotels in the US. Everything is upscale and way above Ramada Plaza's level.

A Wonderful Stay!
The stay was very nice. The hotel is not well versed in English so you may have a little communication issue if you do not know Chinese. There was one Manager, Richard, he was great. He was fluent in English and was always helpful and happy to help and translate. We spoke with him for almost anything we needed during our stay. The breakfast is worth the extra money to get. It was the best breakfast I have had in Southeast Asia. Great food! The hotel is a little further from the sites than I had hoped, but the metro is about a 15 minute walk. Since Xi'an is still developing as a tourist destination the metro is simpler than most, but still relatively good. It gets you close enough! The room was spectacular! Very large, great shower and bath, very clean and comfy! The spa is currently being redecorated, but should be up and running shortly. Highly recommend if location is not your first choice. I was very happy with our choice in hotel!

It's ok
The hotel is spacious but a bit dated. The air conditioning has been tuned in to heating mode and cannot be changed to cool air so I was way too warm and did not have a good night sleep. The bathroom is big but there is a distinct smell of drainage. Breakfast was average. Check out seemed to take longer than usual but staff were helpful. However there didn't seem to be anyone at the concierge helping with taxis. I would probably choose Westins during my next trip to Xi An.

五つ星にはふさわしくないサービスのホテル
設備は新しくて良いが、ホテルマンの教育がなっていない。客からものを受け取る時にふんだくるようだった。要求したものを持ってくるまでに時間もかかり、一度目は要求と違ったものを持ってきた。フロントに備品を要求したが、なかなか持ってこず、フロントに催促した時に「サービスマンには言っておいたのですが・・・」と同じホテルの人間のせいにしていた。客から見れば同じホテルの人間あり、関係ない。
