The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat and not full/fluffy.

The staff was friendly and professional and the room was ok. The bathroom was the issue as the sink and tub were dirty and the floor did not appear as it had been mopped in awhile. The refrigerator in the room had an old salad in it.

Wonderful
We had such a great stay here and the customer service at the front desk was amazing. Tania went above and beyond to help me out with a situation and it was so appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in town next.

The room was nice. The towels in the bathroom were starting to rip at the edges and had large strings hanging down in the middle, but they were the smaller hand towels which we didn’t need to use anyways, so not a big deal. Pool and fitness center were very nice. The bed linens were cleaned and super soft. The bed mattress is very firm. The location is convenient and clean. Walmart is very close by if you have forgotten anything. The only thing I wish would have been different is that there did not appear to be many guests staying at this hotel yet we were in a room next to someone who was acting like he was at home and we could hear his every word. Not their fault, but would have been nice to have been in a room not next to anyone else. Overall a nice stay

The checkin staff were very friendly. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice spread. This is a clean, comfortable, and safe hotel option when in Radcliff.

Positive things: 1. Room was very clean 2. Beds were very comfortable 3. Employees very friendly and helpful 4. Bathroom very clean 5. Easy check-in/check-out Negative things: 1. Breakfast was not up to par: a. pancakes cold b. sausage had no taste; cooked to long; tough to eat; was cold c. fruit not good (oranges) d. eggs tough e. only good thing about breakfast was coffee and and orange juice were good 2. No coffee cups or cups for ice were in our room when we arrived but hotel host was very nice and found us some when I went to front desk and asked for them

Rooms were clean and the breakfast was hot with a variety if options. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and opted for eco-friendly with no daily service of our room. They brought us towels when we asked for them, had a nice pool area that was clean and stocked with towels. The check in staff was friendly and super easy. Definitely a place we will stay when we are in the area again!

Happy at Holiday Inn
Wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! Friendly employees, clean room, delicious hot breakfast! Debbie went above & beyond to help me extend my stay due to weather. She even signed me up for IHS rewards! I will definitely return!

I was disappointed with the front desk service. There was nobody working the desk for at least twenty minutes when we arrived so we couldn’t check in until they showed up. Also there was no internet which made it tough to watch movies or play games to stay entertained.

Great value for your dollar
The entire motel has recently been renovated and has a modern feel. It was very clean and the staff was super nice. Overall I would highly recommend this Motel as a great dollar value.

Good location. Breakfast was limited as to what I am used to with Holiday Inn Express. Pool heater was broken and was too cold to swim. The room next to mine had a smoker and loud yelling. I could smell the smoke in our room. Disappointing experience.

When I was assigned a room and entered, there was a mop that appeared to have been used for cleaning on the table. I never imagined this would be such a minor issue. The biggest problem is that on the second night around 1:45 am, someone knocked on my room door several times and tried to open the door and come in. We were so scared and my wife, who is 6 months pregnant, barely slept that night. That morning we reported this to the hotel and asked them to check if someone knocked on the door and tried to break in with the hotel's security camera, but the hotel said there was no security camera. I regret not calling 911 right away, and I'm upset that the hotel doesn't take this seriously.

I chose holiday inn as I’ve stayed many times before. This time breakfast was very small with no options. When checking in or needing extra towels or a blanket I had to stand at the desk for 20 mins. My wife said she came in at 4am to get her card and she had to stand there for 20 mins until she finally called the hotel for service.

Highly Recommend
Super nice and friendly. Very good location by Ft Knox, Walmart market, steakhouse, gas station and breakfast options. Hotel had great free breakfast. Needed a late check out at last minute and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend to anybody visiting Ft Knox area.

Really close to Fort Knox and was a short drive to main gate which was nice for getting to graduation ceremonies on time.
