A good stay
Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very poor nowhere to make a cup of tea or coffee in the evening. I had to go to the local shop a bit noisy then again you’re on the motorway otherwise good stay thank you very much

Floor had crumbs and dirt marks. Clearly hasn’t been swept or mopped, good thing I had a pair of slippers with me. Front desk agent was very helpful and kind, he gets 5 stars.

Problem with cancellations, they do not return the money, so it was done in time... I paid it in full and when I did not need it, they did not refund me anything, the room was clean, the corridor and areas were dirty with garbage even outside the trash can in the stairwell areas and right at the entrance to the room there was a puddle of water

Disgusting, unclean. Smoke detector in room 218 broke off/not installed. Bed sheets were stained and dirty. Bed covering had cigarette burns on it. Room smelled like weed. Shower, dirty and ceiling falling apart. No toiletries for use. Just an overall horrible stay for an already horrible travel day.

Ceiling in the bathroom was leaking over the toilet, so had to put a towel over my head. Cigarette smell despite paying for non-smoking room.

This hotel was dirty, had bugs and stains on the bed. Things were broken in the room. Outside had a man doing acts of public indecency. I would not recommend.

It is not worth compare to hotels near airport. Elevator is not there if you have more luggage and your room at 2nd floor. Locality is also not good. Basic amenities is also missing.

Worst experience ever.
Room wasn't ready, not clean. Roach infestation walls, floor and inside the refrigerator. I did not stay and don't recommend it to anyone. They only want your money. Former military and I've been in some austere environments. This takes the cake.
