I am sincerely sorry for the issues you experienced during your meeting and when trying to get back to your room before you departed. Our team is fully committed to ensuring each and every guest gets the individualized attention and service they deserve. I am truly sorry that the team member was not able to assist you in a timely manner and did not show empathy to your situation. I will personally share this review with our entire front office team so we can review on how to better handle these types of situations in the future.In regard to the construction, we are in the final stages of our hotel renovations which includes a full renovation to all our guest rooms, public areas and meeting space. We have finished the major portion of the renovations; we are now in the process of completing punch items. We are working with our contractors to keep the noise to a minimum and be mindful of our guests. We have been very excited to have completed our full hotel renovations and while the major work is complete, we are working through a few, small punch items. We are limiting this work to the daytime hours so not to adversely affect our guests. This work should be wrapped up in the next couple of weeks. I am sincerely sorry you experienced issues with your A/C. I have shared your comments to our engineering team who will thoroughly inspect the unit that was in your room to ensure it is working properly.
