Disgusting
It took 20 minutes for us to get checked in because the system had crashed earlier in day. Our room number was written in a torn strip of paper that was taped to the room keys. Our nonsmoking room smelled absolutely disgusting, like an ashtray. There were cigarette ebúrnea on the carpet and the lampshades were stained yellow. There was no shows head in the shower an it looked like a hole had been kicked or punched in the bathroom door. There was no WiFi or cable. I checked out early because it was difficult to breathe in the room and the conditions were horrid.

Never ever ever will I stay here again. I’ve never had an issue with extended stay…until now. I was so disgusted. There was people hanging out all hours of the night. Front desk was sooooo rude!!! So unprofessional. OMG….an so many damn roaches. Me and my husband refused the even shower. Was about to sleep in my car but too many people we’re hanging out outside I could go on and on about about how nasty this place is but why waste my time

WORST PLACE EVER
WORST PLACE EVER. YOU CABT CONTROL WHAT GOES ON OUTSIDE THE PLACE OR THE NEIGHBORHOOD BUT THERE WAS NO EFFORT TO CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS IN THE PLACE. UPON CHECK IN THE SPACE WAS DEGRADED ENTIRELY. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR INSPECTION ASAP. NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. NO ONE CLEANED BFORE ARRIVAL. THE FLOOR WAS PAVKED WITH DIRT AS IF SOMEONE JUST GOT FINISHED DOGGING TGE GROUND. THE SHOWER/TUB WOULD FILL AS SOON AS YOU TURN THE WATER ON WITH DIRT THAT IS NOT YOURS! WORST PLACE EVER. I ASKED MULTIPLE TINES FOR LINEN. FIRST I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND THEN THEY SAID COME IN THE AM BECT THEY DO NOT GAVE ANY RESERVES. FOOD SPOILED BECAUSE FRIGDE DOSENT NOT WORK. HAD TO STUFF EVERTHING IN FREEZER. EYE ON STOCE DOD NOT WORK. ALSO BUFS EVERYWHERE I AM NOT OVER EXAGGERATING THESE THIBGS ARE NOT GOOD. THEY SHOULD BE FINED. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ALSO THEY NEED TO UPDATE PICTURES ON WEBSITE. This hotel is completely mis-represented on Orbitz.com. It's temporary housing for low income individuals, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, but it is not a safe, clean, quiet place. There are bags of trash everywhere, there were at least 40 tenants just loitering everywhere, it's noisy, my room wasn't clean [it looked like some one was living in it], and it took me nearly 5 hours to find another place to stay because Orbitz truly sucks when it comes to customer service. This property is awful, dangerous, and filthy. There were literally hotel rooms with windows smashed out, boarded up with plywood. Stay away!

arrived just before check-in, 2:30 pm, no one at the desk, got our room key than drove around a bit to find the room, small numbers that cannot be read from the car, found room and then started checking room, reeked of a smoker and the room had a moldy feel to it as well, checked out the bath room, seems someone left a parting gift , a clogged toilet with crap in it, called office ,waited for an hour ,than started made are way to the office, we approached a courteous employee and thought he was the person that was going to deal with the toilet issue, but no, but he said be best to request a new room, so we did just that, got a new room, but this one was minus a microwave, at this point we were like ,screw it , we are not going to deal with it, room was a tad bit cleaner, but still had a muskiness about it, carpets looked to be sort of new, but not clean and you can see the cut outs of the rug from cigarette burns, though the room was supposed to be a nonsmoker room, they also disconnected the smoke detector, but we had no attention to cook , and we surely do not smoke,, The day also started with the greeting of numerous police vehicles as well, that was a definite redlight , but hey we where checked in, the 2nd day more of the same, and the next fallowing day as well. I seem to have been taking notice to the late night activity as well, kids hanging out, using the parking lot as their playground, seems something was not disclosed in any of the comments ,

The rooms are nasty some have damaged and a bad odor I noticed the parking lot is filthy people laying around outside on the concrete the office has a bad smell of feces drug invested hotel people making drug transactions kids running around unattended in parking lot numbers of the room too small to read I didn’t feel safe at all I paid for my room but I never stayed I left and went to another hotel of better quality cleaner and superb service I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Everything for filthy. No housekeeping room never cleaned in 5 days we were there. We had to get our own towels, toilet paper, soap by going to front desk ourselves. I would never recommend this place.

I didn't stay here for this trip. After i stayed here the first time, i booked another hotel. Tried to rebook through Travelocity, but that was a nightmare. i just bit the bullet and paid for two hotel stays over the same time frame.

When we got to the property to check in they did not have a room for us because they overbooked. So we had to find a room by ourselves hours away from home. Very unprofessional
