Almost average hotel.
Although the room was clean, the room needed work. The stove was rusted, the bed was broken, and the floors were really sticky. The locks on the door were loose too so I didn't feel entirely secure in the room while a party was going above me all night and into the morning. The parking lot was dirty with a lot of debris. The bathroom only had one bad of soap and no other personal hygiene stuff. I expected more from Extended Stay.

They could be Alot cleaner. It stinked in the rm. Somebody got shot the 1st night I was there. Things were Horrible to Me.

The room was gross and smelled horrible. There was nothing in the room not even soap to wash your hands. Two of the lamps didn't have light bulbs, the stove was rusty, the outlets were not attached to the wall and wires were hanging out. The phone didn't work. It doesn't say anything about having to pay a deposit once you check in. The "person in charge lived at the property" but wasn't available. Had to request a blanket for the bed because there was only a sheet. We will absolutely not be staying here again.

A total of four people were waiting to check in. no night staff to check us in. a handwritten note on the desk that said if you want to check in call a certain number. One of the customers called the number and whoever answered was no aware of what was going on. I felt unsafe and left

This might possibly be the worst Extended Stay branded hotel in existence. The property is run down, the rooms are dirty...downright gross actually. Had three rooms and they all sucked.

This property is very old and appears to not have been updated. The rooms are very small and the carpets and furnishings are very old and therefore appear to be dirty. The beds were clean and neatly made but the mattress was also very old and it felt like I was laying directly on the springs.

The property did not oblige the reservation. I called in the front desk to hold the room and they said YeS. But later when I reached late in the middle of the night. Front desk is least bothered to answer the door and after round about a and multiple calls, they said they are over booked. Pathetic location of the hotel and its right in front of a signal. Not a safer area by the overall look of the property

The room was dirty. And the phone was pulled out of the wall. I had to walk to the office. The staff was nice and apologized and offered me $10.00 off but I haven’t received it. It was horrible. Ashes on the floor.

The staff in the office was very helpful is super nice! The property itself was very run down. There are a lot of random people walking around the property and hanging out at all hours of the day and night. The room had no shower curtain, bath towels, rugs/mats, trash can (in the bathroom or kitchen) and no blanket (comforter) for the bed. The carpets were heavily stained and although it was a non-smoking room, the room smelled of smoke even though I cleaned it with bleach daily.

No clean towels of any kind in the room and for the 2 days i was there. Had to dry off with pillowcase. Outside smelled like urine and pot. Check in went welk, he was very nice. Morning staff wanted to look at her cell phone more than talk to me. Bed was comfortable. Rug had many stains.

Please do not stay there!!!!!!
When I checked in the first room I looked under the bed and found a gun where there are bullets kept. There was blood on the walls, and the A/C unit was was making a loud noise. I changed room, and the second room the light was not working, the room was smelly and nasty. The third room was ok. They have homeless people sleeping out and around the hotel.

I booked this motel due to the price, but I definately won't book here again. Aside from there being no coffee maker, hair dryer or any kitchen utensils in the attached kitchen area, there was only one lone roll of toilet paper provided for a five-night stay with three people. When it ran out, we asked the front desk for more and were told they did not have any! We had to make a trip to the store specifically for toilet paper that should have been provided. Plus, this motel is located in the "ghetto" of Durham, NC and I felt unsafe staying there with my 10-year-old daughter.
